P	Panogiotis Zarogoulidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενημέρωσαν τον πελάτη μου -παραλήπτη να περάσει να παραλάβει αυτός το δέμα (ογκώδη κούτα 25 κιλών) γιατί αλλιώς θα παραδοθεί όποτε έχουν διαθέσιμο αυτοκίνητο μέσα στις επόμενες 10 ημέρες. Φυσικά ο πελάτης μου απείλησε για ακύρωση της παραγγελία του και αναγκάσθηκα να πάω ό ίδιος να πάρω το δέμα και να το παραδώσω. Εννοείτε ότι τηλεφωνικά δεν μπόρεσα να επικοινωνήσω με το κατάστημα ποτέ. They informed my client-recipient to come and pick up the parcel (bulky 25 kg box) because otherwise it will be delivered whenever they have a car available within the next 10 days. Ρ	Ραφαέλα Εφραιμ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση ,εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματίες ,με ύφος λες και σου κάνουν χάρη που ασχολούνται. Με παίρνει τηλέφωνο ο courier και ήμουν στην δουλειά, επικοινώνησα μαζί του μετά από λίγη ώρα. Του είπα ότι καθώς έλειπα, πότε θα μπορέσει να ξανά περάσει από το σπίτι Για να ξέρω και να είμαι εκεί. Λοιπόν ο κύριος με πολύ ειρωνία μου απάντησε πως αν θέλω να έρθω να το πάρω εγώ από το κατάστημα και ότι δεν μπορεί να κάνει κάτι. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο κατάστημα και αφού προσπάθησα να βγάλω άκρη για το δέμα μου εφόσον εν αγνοία μου Βρισκόμουν στην δουλειά μου μου είπε η κοπέλα πως θα περάσει το παιδί αύριο το πρωί. Περιμένω και εγώ το επόμενο πρωί, Κανένα τηλέφωνο. Παίρνω ίδια στο κατάστημα τους ρωτάω που βρίσκεται το δέμα μου και μου απαντάνε, το δέμα σας είναι στο κατάστημα δεν έχει φύγει δεν ξέρω γιατί. Τους λέω για ποιο λόγο δεν έχει φύγει από το κατάστημα εφόσον οι ίδιοι μου είπατε Να περιμένω αύριο το πρωί τον courier και με συνδέει με έναν άλλο κύριο ο οποίος μου λέει, την πρώτη φορά δεν απαντήσατε στο τηλέφωνο έπρεπε να μας ενημερώσετε. Του εξηγώ λοιπόν ότι ήρθα σε επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα και πως οι ίδιοι μου είπανε να περιμένω σπίτι το πρωί. Η απάντηση του ήταν «εντάξει θα περάσουμε όταν βγει πάλι το δέμα» ,ας μυρίσω και εγώ τα νύχια μου λοιπόν να μάθω πότε θα πρέπει να είμαι σπίτι . Κλείστε το καλύτερα . Unacceptable service, completely unprofessional, with style as if they are doing you a favor by dealing with it. The courier calls me and I was at work, I contacted him after a while. K	Kevin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most awful ACS Courier in Greece. Shame! They call me to know my address and then send a message mentioning there is not my name on the parcel. Need to say also that it's not the first time that I ordered and they know very well my place. The distance is 400 meters only!

(place, work time of the shop you have chosen, expiration date) -friendly staff, organized -tracking code to see where your package is -fast shipping (max 2-3 days, mostly 1) -accepts credit cards, cash. -many stores in different places. One try will convince you. ✌️
