Περίμενα μια παραγγελία (Μικρό δέμα με μια μπαταρία για τηλεφωνική συσκευή) από ένα ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα από το Ηράκλειο Κρήτης με παράδοση Θεσσαλονίκη και έκανε πάνω από 12 μέρες. Κατά την επικοινωνία μου με το κατάστημα Θεσσαλονίκης όταν τους ρώτησα γιατί αργεί τόσο πολύ η παράδοση μόνο που δεν με βρίσανε. 1)Πλήρη ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΣ 2)Κακή τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση 3)Απαράδεκτος χρόνος παράδοσης 4)Αγένεια 5)Ψέματα Αν έχετε ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα e-shop ή είστε επαγγελματίας δεν σας προτείνω να συνεργαστείτε με την συγκεκριμένη Courier The rudeness in its greatness !!!! I was waiting for an order (Small package with a battery for a telephone device) from an online store from Heraklion, Crete with delivery to Thessaloniki and it took over 12 days. During my communication with the Thessaloniki store when I asked them why the delivery was so late, they just did not find me. 1) Complete PROFESSIONALISM 2) Poor telephone service 3) Unacceptable delivery time 4) Rudeness 5) Lies If you have an online e-shop or you are a professional, I do not suggest you to cooperate with this courier

Απο που να αρχίσω;; Από το γεγονός πως δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνο;; Πως δεν σου φέρνουν καν τα δέματα σου και τα επιστρέφουν στο κατάστημα απο όπου έγινε η παραγγελία ή απο την αγένεια και την ειρωνία που έχουν απέναντι σου ΑΝ τύχει και σηκώσουν κανα τηλ;;;;;; Είστε σοβαροί ρε;;; Αν δεν μπορείτε να κάνετε την δουλειά σας εμείς τι φταίμε να μας κοροϊδεύετε έτσι;;;; Κλείστε το το μαγαζάκι σας αν σας είναι τόσο δύσκολο να κάνετε την δουλειά για την οποία πληρώνεστε!!! ΕΞΑΛΛΗ ΕΙΜΑΙ! Όπου ξανά δω κατάστημα να έχει εσάς σαν μεταφορική δεν θα παραγγείλω απλά!!! A star just because I can not comment on my experience without it !!! The most miserable courier there is! You deserve this title !! Whatever! Where to start from;; From the fact that they do not pick up the phone ?? How come they don't even bring you your parcels and return them to the store where the order was made or from the rudeness and irony they have towards you IF it happens and they pick up the phone? ;;;;; Are you serious eh ??? If you can not do your job, what is wrong with you making fun of us like that ??? Close your shop if it is so difficult for you to do the job for which you are paid !!! I AM EXCITED! Where again I see a store that has you as a shipping I will not just order !!!
J	Jim Xalk4 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με τόσες αρνητικές κριτικές και ειδικά την περίοδο των Χριστουγέννων πίστευα ότι θα παραλάβω το Πάσχα. Η κοπέλα στο μαγαζί ευγενική, ο κύριος που με έφερε τα πράγματα ήταν εξυπηρετικός και με πήρε τηλέφωνο πριν την παράδοση. Τα σχόλια δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε καμία περίπτωση με την πραγματικότητα όσον αφορά στην δική μου περίπτωση With so many negative reviews and especially at Christmas time I thought I would pick up Easter. The girl in the store was polite, the gentleman who brought me things was helpful and called me before delivery. The comments do not in any way correspond to the reality in my case
Ε	Ε Μπα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου έστειλαν μήνυμα για ανεπίδοτη παραλαβή σε ημέρα και ώρα, εκτός αυτών που ρητά τους είχα υποδείξει τόσο στις γραπτές παρατηρήσεις (που απορώ τι μας βάζουν και τις γράφουμε αφού καμιά ταχυμεταφορική δεν τις λαμβάνει υπόψη) όσο και σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με -όχι ιδιαίτερα ευπροσήγορη- υπάλληλο. Και μάλιστα μου έδωσαν το τηλέφωνό τους για να τους καλέσω εγώ! Πλην όμως το τηλέφωνο επί μισή ώρα εμφανιζόταν κατειλημμένο, ενώ δύο φορές που έβγαλα γραμμή με είχαν στην αναμονή ένα τέταρτο κάθε φορά. Πιστέψτε με, έχω καλέσει σε υπουργεία ακόμη και στο πρωθυπουργικό γραφείο, λόγω επαγγέλματος, και η τηλεφωνική ανταπόκριση είναι άμεση! Ιδιωτικός τομέας σου λέει μετά, τι να πεις! Τους έστειλα και μήνυμα για να επικοινωνήσουν αυτοί μαζί μου και ακόμη επικοινωνούν! Τόσο απαράδεκτη (μη) εξυπηρέτηση από ταχυμεταφορική πρώτη φορά συναντώ και ελπίζω να είναι και η τελευταία. Θα στείλω e mail και στην εταιρία που συνεργάζεται μαζί τους να πάρουν πίσω την παραγγελία, έχω ξενερώσει απίστευτα. Ας μάθουν κι αυτοί να επιλέγουν σωστούς επαγγελματίες για συνεργασία! Α, να πω επίσης, ότι πρώτη φορά την άκουσα αυτή την εταιρία, και μάλλον καταλαβαίνω γιατί δεν είναι ιδιαίτερα γνωστή. Επανέρχομαι με νεότερα, τελικά μου το έφεραν το δέμα, πάλι εκτός χρονικών ορίων που είχα θέσει, αλλά τουλάχιστον αυτή τη φορά είχα να κάνω με πιο ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά, και τους αναβαθμίζω από ένα στα δύο αστέρια.... They sent me a message for unpaid receipt in day and time, except for the ones I had explicitly indicated both in the written remarks (which I wonder what they put on us and we write them since no courier takes them into account) and in a telephone communication with -not particularly convenient- employee. In fact, they gave me their phone number so that I could call them! But for half an hour the phone was busy, and twice when I dialed, they had me waiting a quarter at a time. Believe me, I have called in ministries and even in the Prime Minister's Office, due to my profession, and the telephone response is immediate! Private sector then tells you what to say! I also sent them a message so that they can contact me and they still communicate! I encounter such unacceptable (non) courier service for the first time and I hope it will be the last. I will send an e-mail to the company that works with them to take back the order, I am incredibly alienated. Let them also learn to choose the right professionals for cooperation! Oh, let me also say that this is the first time I have heard of this company, and I probably understand why it is not very well known. I come back with newer ones, finally they brought me the package, again outside the time limits I had set, but at least this time I was dealing with more human behavior, and I upgrade them from one to two stars ....
E	Elena Foinikiadou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 αστέρι και πολύ είναι 3.10 τηλ. Δεν το σήκωσα γιατί έχω νεογέννητο φεύγουν ενω δεν έχουν πατήσει κουδούνι και ενώ έχω στείλει οδηγίες με στοιχεία παράδοσης. (ήταν κάτω από το σπίτι ούτε καν να πάρουν τηλέφωνο λίγο πιο πριν για ενημέρωση μ) 3.15 περνώ πίσω τον courier 3 φορές καμία απάντηση. 5λεπτά μετά..... περνω στο κατάστημα κι η κυρία πλήρως αγενηςμου ανέβασε την πίεση. Μου φώναξε στο τηλέφωνο γιατί της είπα έχω μωρό για αυτό δεν το σήκω νω.. Χαχαχαχα θεέ και κύριε μου υ φώναξε έλεος. 1 star and a lot is 3.10 tel. I did not pick it up because I have a newborn they are leaving while they have not rung a bell and while I have sent instructions with delivery details. (was under the house not even to call a little earlier for information m) 3.15 I pass the courier 3 times no answer. 5 minutes later ..... I go to the store and the completely rude lady raised the pressure. She called me on the phone because I told her I have a baby so I do not pick it up .. Hahahaha god and my master y called mercy.
