Actipis Cruises - Ag. Nikolaos - Navagio

My wife and I had not a very good experience with that company. We took excursion to Navagio Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves, we wanted to stay a bit longer at the Navagio beach and asked if it is possible and answer was "yes, just notify a captain and you can take our next boat". So, we notified a captain, but then a crew on every next boat (4 in total) told us that they are full and can't take us and we had to stay at the beach much longer as planned. Nevertheless, when we managed to go inside of the boat it did not go to the Blue Caves, so we had to complain and wait in the harbour for another 40 minutes to take a boat that goes only to Blue Caves. As a positive moment it was manager Anna who tried to give us a boat just to Blue Caves.

The worst trip EVER! We left at 3 o'clock and came back at 7 o'clock, because the company forgot about us! The plan was to go to the Shipwreck and after that to the Blue caves. They told us that we have one and a half hour on the island (Shipwreck), but they left without us after only 40 minutes! We needed to call somebody to come and get us, we tried that at least three times before we reached someone. We didn't swim in the Blue Caves - they told us before that we'll have 20 minutes there. After all the chaos I asked for the guy who sold us the tickets to talk to him - they couldn't find him and another guy told us that we should come back another day, although I told him how angry we're about the situation and that we want our money back - he just started yelling and turned around to leave! Really, save your money and DON'T buy your tickets here - you have so many better options for that! EDIT: Because the company didn't want to talk to us in real, but took the time to answer to our review - please don't spread false informations, because we were left with four other people and it's NOT our fault if the communication isn't right! So we weren't the only ones left on the island, just to be clear, and if you would read your other reviews carefully and also actually listen to the people and especially they're complaints and concerns and really care about the people you're serving, you would recognize that you propably should improve your service, for example telling people the right time for departure.

Disappointed by the service. Before booking (before paying) we were informed about an 1 hour stay at Shipwreck beach, once onboard it was strictly 40 minutes. Before booking we were assured that we could stay longer at the beach and that we should simply inform the captain on board. After paying and reaching the beach, the captain was totally ignorant and rather bothered in arranging or even informing us about the next approaching boat. Additionally, although the tour included visiting the Blue caves, we only stayed there for 10 minutes and not even close to a cave; it was more ten feet from a white rock.Having visited zante before and having done the same excursion with another company, I would recommend a more thorough research before booking.

Amazing experience. Actipis cruises is the biggest company at the port of St. Nicholas port. They have small and big glass bottom boats. We took the small one with just a few people and the captain Niko was really friendly. They follow all the COVID rules, and they have trips to Shipwreck and blue caves very often. Would definitely go back again.

Best experience ever! After received a tour cancellation the date before of arrival to Zakynthos I received the phone number of Actipis Cruise(Costas) and when explained to him, he said yes with no problem and give us the best experienced ever to visit Navagio beach for our surprised the beach was all for us it was a dream come true and also visited the blue caves. He explained us very well and was very kindness, very profesional as well. Really appreciate the favor in last minute call for an excellent price as well.. Thank Costas!! Blessing from Puerto Rico??

You can see that my reviews are usually very positive. But this place does not deserve one, sorry. We booked a tour for 10.30am in a boat for maximum 15-25 people. When we arrived we were told to wait until 11am cause there were not enough people. Even though we were the first there, when we returned at 11am we were cramped in a boat with over 45 people and because some members of our group were older, we boarded last and got the worst seats. By the engine breathing in diesel for the duration of our trip… The only reason for the 2nd star instead of just one is because our captain, Tasos, was such a delight!! Won’t be using them or recommending them to anyone in the future. Disappointed.

Great trip just wish they let us swim at the caves a tiny bit longer but its okay, would recommend.

The boat and the trip was very nice and the captain very friendly. Thank you very much for this great experience. We enjoyed a good afternoon at the shipwreck and the blue caves. I Recommend them 100% .
