This place is a total scam. I booked a refundable rate and had to cancel due to my travel partner getting covid. The hotel refused to issue a refund and is now trying to charge back for the reservation defying their own cancellation policy. STAY AWAY.

#wecreatememories Is quite a statement- however I’ve to say the Adel Team full filled it in any way. The hotel product itself is just wonderful, the suite design is beautiful, combined with the open bathroom and a marvelous view from the shower over the old town, plenty of storage space in the entrance of the suite. The bedding as well as the linen are just so comfortable. A big balcony with the jacuzzi and furniture invites you to enjoy memorable sunsets. The whole teams is professional and very friendly, they definitely made us feel welcome at any time, no request or inquire were too much. They definitely care about the wellbeing of their guests. The a la carte breakfast is just a dream, so many options of coffee, juices, egg options as well as sweets. Orders beyond the menu were not a problem at all. To provide a perfect hotel product is already very important these days, however to fulfill that with friendliness, happiness and so much love to the detail as the team does is that what makes it so special. A big thank you to the whole team, during the challenging times with COVID 19, they provided us a memorable stay.

The hotel were fantastic, i’ve booked a room with a jaccuzi for my wife birthday 2 month ago and we arrived they told us that we’ve been upgraded with the room including swimming pool and jaccuzzi. The view of the little venice of mykonos is absolutely wonderful, one of the best i’ve seen. All the people working there are so kind. We’ve spent really good moment in this place.

my boyfriend and I were stuck in Mykonos for an extra night due to weather and our ferry being canceled. We were very excited to book such a beautiful stay at this hotel and treat ourselves to make the day better. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted with a delicious welcome drink, little did we know this would be the best part of our stay. The room lighting is very confusing and relies all on technology which is very inconvenient. The pool was not heated as described and is pretty much what you are paying for. Everything in the mini bar was very overpriced (using the coffee machine is 4.50 euros per coffee) they really didn’t go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. We did however enjoy the complementary breakfast that was delivered to our room in the morning upon request. Also, if you would like to be near anything that you need in Mykonos you have to get a taxi unless you want to walk uphill for a mile and a half. They don’t provide any shuttle service to any ports even though they have a company hotel car out front and the room had many ants in it even though there was no food around. Wouldn’t say it’s worth treating yourself to a stay here.

Good experience overall. Great views. Amazing complementary breakfast. The accent lighting and cave experience is a unique one. The staff are all nice and go out of their way. 15min walk or so down to the old port and little Venice/windmills. The pools were all cold so I wouldn’t book specifically for the infinity pool if you’re comparing with other places. We also didn’t get a much privacy as we would have wished as there is a walkway right in front of the pool area. Mini bar and food ordering was expensive so we just stuck with the restaurants and markets nearby.
