 I did with adnature the via ferrata of Parnitha, a route of amazing beauty, with alternations, heights and views that take your breath away. Thanks to Susanna for guiding us through this safely and in a good mood. I recommend it to adventure lovers of all ages!

Από όταν άρχισα να προπονούμαι με τη Σουζάνα, σε πολύ μικρό χρονικό διάστημα βελτιώθηκε και η τεχνική και η ψυχολογία μου στο βράχο. Θα συνέστηνα το Adnature σε όποι@ θέλει να κάνει από μια πρώτη γνωριμία με την αναρρίχηση μέχρι και σε καποι@ που θέλει να φρεσκάρει/βελτιώσει τεχνικές στο σκαρφάλωμα ??♀️ ??
Climbing (and other) excursions in nature, with emphasis on safety, but also fun! Ever since I started training with Susanna, in a very short time my technique and psychology on the rock has improved. I would recommend Adnature to anyone @ who wants to make a first acquaintance with climbing up to someone @ who wants to freshen up / improve climbing techniques ??♀️ ??♀️
