Also i expect the air condition not to smell like horse pee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, we start with the lack of receipt after the payment of the agreed price. Secondly, as far as the hygiene is conserned:
1) There was no apparent work regarding the floors (we found small necklace under one bed)
2) From the air conditions was streaming air with pee smell, a sign that they haven't cleaned the filters for a long time
3) After a request for some cleaning the only thing that was done was to fold the already used blankets and to change the bath towels
4) Absence of deodorant in the bathroom
5) Kitchen appliances weren't newly cleaned
On a good note, it has a balcony where you can relax.
