Πήρα τηλέφωνο για επείγον ραντεβού, με ενημέρωσαν ότι το πρώτο διαθέσιμο είναι Τρίτη 09/01/2021,ενώ στα επόμενα 5 λεπτά που ξαναπήρε οικείο άτομο για ραντεβού ιδίου λόγου του έκλεισαν επιτόπου εκείνη την ώρα να περάσει απ' τα ΚΕΠ. Unacceptable. I got a call for an urgent appointment, they informed me that the first one is available on Tuesday 09/01/2021, while in the next 5 minutes that a familiar person called again for an appointment for the same reason, they closed it on the spot at that time to go through the KEP.

Γιατι στελνετε τον κοσμο στα κεπ οταν οι υπαλληλοι δεν εχουν ιδεα γι αυτη την εφαρμογη? A star only for the easy appointment online. No disposition for service and complete lack of knowledge about the freedom pass. Why send people to the cap when employees have no idea about this application?

Η μόνη δυσκολία που υπάρχει είναι ότι δεν απαντούν παντα στο τηλεφωνο αλλά αυτό γίνεται γιατί κάποιες στιγμές είναι όλοι απασχολημένοι. The employees are very polite and very helpful. No matter how many times I went they were very patient. The only difficulty is that they do not always answer the phone but this is done because at times everyone is busy.

Πήγαμε με την μητέρα μου και μας εξυπηρέτησαν εξαιρετικά χωρίς ταλαιπωρία. Είχα εκτυπώσει λάθος χαρτί και μου είπαν να τους το στείλω ηλεκτρονικά για να μην πάω ξανά και στο email μου απάντησαν πολύ άμεσα. Μπράβο σας! We usually write negative comments about public services but it is important when we see people doing their job well to applaud it. My mother and I went and they served us extremely easily. I had printed the wrong paper and they told me to send it electronically so that I would not go again and they replied to my email very immediately. Well done!

Άλλη μία υπηρεσία καταισχύνης. Μακάρι να αλλάξει κάποτε αυτή η κατάσταση. Ως τότε θα πρέπει δυστυχώς να ανεχόμαστε την ξιπασιά τέτοιων ρυπαρών υπαλλήλων. The workers in this giafka called KEP are indecent. I hope you do not need their services ... Rude, irrelevant, offensive, incompetent. Another flood service. May this situation change someday.
