Δ	Δημήτριος Αγοραστάκης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική μικρή οικογενειακή επιχείρηση. Όμορφος χώρος με δωμάτια άνετα, καινούργια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα και ιδιαίτερα καλαίσθητα. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και διατηρούν το χώρο σε άριστη κατάσταση. Τα διαμερίσματα αν και δεν βρίσκονται ακριβώς επάνω στην παραλία, απέχουν μόλις 1 λεπτό με τα πόδια από αυτήν, ενώ ακριβώς μπροστά από το χώρο βρίσκεται ένα μποστάνι από όπου μπορείς να αγοράσεις τα πιο φρέσκα και νόστιμα λαχανικά (ντομάτες, αγγούρια, πιπεριές κλπ.) που τα κόβεις μόνος σου από το φυτό. Ήσυχη περιοχή, χωρίς τη βαβούρα κεντρικότερων σημείων χωρίς όμως να βρίσκεται μακριά από τα μαγαζιά της παραλίας της Νικήτης (5-10 λεπτά περπάτημα). Φιλικό για οικογένειες με παιδιά μιας και υπάρχει και μήκη αυλή για να παίξουν καθώς και ένα υπέροχο κοινόχρηστο μπαλκόνι από όπου μπορείς να θαυμάσεις το νυκτερινό ουρανό και να ηρεμίσεις με την οικογένεια σου ή με παρέα. Συνολικά εξαιρετικό. Excellent small family business. Beautiful space with comfortable rooms, new, fully equipped and very stylish. The owners are very kind and keep the space in excellent condition. Although the apartments are not located right on the beach, they are just a 1 minute walk from it, while right in front of the place there is a garden where you can buy the freshest and most delicious vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.) that you cut yourself from the plant. Quiet area, without the noise of central points but without being far from the shops of Nikiti beach (5-10 minutes walk). Friendly for families with children since there is a long yard to play as well as a wonderful shared balcony from where you can admire the night sky and relax with your family or friends. Overall excellent.

Τα καταλύματα είναι κατασκευασμένα με τέτοια υλικά και τέτοια τεχνοτροπία που προσφέρουν αεράκι και φως, ό,τι δηλαδή πρεσβεύει και η ονομασία τους! Πλήρως εξοπλισμένα με τις πιο σύγχρονες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (αθόρυβο κλιματισμό), υπέροχα στρώματα, πεντακάθαρα λευκά είδη, μοντέρνα και με ιδιαίτερο στυλ διακοσμημένα. Όσον αφορά τα 3κλινα ή 4κλινα δωμάτια, τα επιπλέον κρεβάτια είναι μονά κρεβάτια και όχι πολυθρόνα-κρεβάτι! Επίσης με άνετα και μεγάλα στρώματα! Τέλος, η κουζίνα ήταν επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, τόσο που μπορεί κανείς να μαγειρέψει ό,τι επιθυμεί! Ζεστό νερό υπήρχε πάντοτε και με αμείωτη πίεση! Η τάση του ρεύματος εξίσου αμείωτη όλες τις ώρες ενώ η ταχύτητα του Ιντερνετ σε αποζημίωνε με το παραπάνω! Υπέροχοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι γι ανα απολαύσει κανείς τα γεύματά του ή το ποτό του! Χίλια ευχαριστώ στους υπέροχους, φιλικούς, ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς ιδιοκτήτες των καταλυμάτων! Our hospitality at Aelia Luxury Apartments was more than perfect! The accommodations are made with such materials and such a style that offer breeze and light, which is what their name stands for! Fully equipped with the most modern electrical appliances (silent air conditioning), wonderful mattresses, crystal clear linen, modern and decorated in a special style. As for the 3-bed or 4-bed rooms, the extra beds are single beds and not an armchair-bed! Also with comfortable and large mattresses! Finally, the kitchen was also fully equipped, so that you can cook whatever you want! Hot water was always there with undiminished pressure! The voltage of the current is equally undiminished all the hours while the speed of the Internet compensated you with the above! Wonderful common areas to enjoy your meals or your drink! Many thanks to the wonderful, friendly, kind and helpful owners of the accommodation!

The place is fantastic, Vassilis is great and kind host willing to help you anytime. There are no words for the room. New and super clean, tastefully decorated and most importantly the bed is sooo good. The best place to return to after a long day at the sea.

The place is guite close to the beach (within walking distance) and the restaurants in Nikiti. We didn't need to use our car unless we wanted to visit Halkidiki, which is abundant in spectacular beaches and green areas. We kindly recommend Aelia and we'll surely book again if we want to return. Very good communication with our hosts, both before the holidays and during our stay. The place is quiet, but at the same time you are for a few minutes in the heart of Nikiti, close to bars and restaurants. A 2-minute walk from a beautiful beach with a free area, as well as organized beach bars. Extremely kind and responsive hosts. I highly recommend?
