Great location, 5 minutes walking to the beach. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. You can also rent a bike or a car from the reception. Not very cheap in the summer but a great place to stay for a week. The kitchen is well equiped and the shower is strong. Only downside is that the cleaning and changing of towels is not done very often.

Very cute apartments… with good view. Very close to the sea… kindly staff. Absolutely comfortable and clean.

Plus: Location is very good, the yard is spacious and kids-friendly. Swinging chair is a nice thing to have there. The table and the chairs in front of the apartment, and having a balcony is something noteworthy. Minus: The build quality is lacking: the insulation is bad, the rooms get hot very fast and you have to keep A/C running all night. If you have two-level apartment, on lower level will be cold and on top level will be hot. The laminate floor feels spongy and uneven, that doesn't matter much, but it shows the general build quality. The kitchen hood does not seem to be connected to the ventilation, so it's practically useless: whenever one cooks something, the whole rooms get smelly, and we couldn't air the place by opening the balcony door, because the mosquito net was broken. The bathroom has no windows and is generally poorly ventilated. One of the evenings, someone threw a birthday party on the roof terrace right above our room. As the insulation is non-existent, we heard and felt every sound, especially dragging the chairs over there. I don't have anything against throwing a party, but it would be kind if it was announced to us. Our stay was not horrible, we had some rest, but I'd expect a bit more for the price.

Nice appartment well located and with nice commodities. The Roof terrasse is awesome as well as the barbecue available. Pavel, the owner, is well available, makes the stay easy and really wants you to enjoy your stay !

Just excellent! Katia and Pavel, are the great hosts, always there for you, and always ready to help and give advice about restaurants, beaches etc. I strongly recommend ALEXANIKA. It is close to the beach, restaurants and everything you need.

Had a great time at Alexanika! Pavel was a perfect host. I strongly recommend this accommodation to young families. The place is highly organized and perfectly clean, and the beach is pretty close.

Cozy place for short/long term stay. Location is brilliant, 2 blocks from the beach. Clean & functional rooms, kind personnel. Green children-friendly yard. Highly recommend this place for those who don't like too crowded or noisy neighborhoods ;)
