★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best thing about this place is its proximity to a very nice beach. Beds are ok but dont look for much comfort. For upper floor you can have a nice sunset scenery on the sea. The price was 70 euros for two people for two nights in September 2019. The reception lady is very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy place, the price is gorgeous. To the beach one minute walk. The beach is clean and spacious. The location is well located. Shops, cafes, everything nearby. Communication with the owner of the hotel was excellent. Any questions prompted and explained, but the room is spacious with a refrigerator, stove, and good internet. Definitely 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well priced, clean, room has a kitchenette. Walking distance to Mavrovouni beach, cafe and a small supermarket. A short drive to Gytheio town which is a great place to go for dinner, or otherwise there are a few good tavernas a 10 min walk (4 min drive) in the heart of Mavrovouni town. Staff was very helpful in telling us the best attractions to go around Lakonia and made our stay comfortable. The only real issue in the room was lighting. There is only one small light which only illuminates half the small room. A second light over the kitchenette would be ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. Room was good and had kitchen facilities as well. Staff friendly and helpful. Had the opportunity to sleep there one night. Overall swift check-in and parking available as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rooms are small and lack of ventilation. But very clean and hygienic. You can stay just to sleep tiredly, but the beds are tiring on your back. It's just a very expensive place to sleep.
