★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα πρόσφατα στο κατάστημα της Μυκόνου. Πολύ ωραίο μαγαζί εξαιρετικά προιόντα υψηλού γούστου και αισθητικής. Παρ΄όλα αυτά ο πωλητής ήταν εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματίας, πιεστικός πολύ πέραν του δέοντος ενώ ακούσαμε και αγενή σχόλια. Κρίμα γιατί χαλάει το σύνολο της εικόνας.
 I recently went to the Mykonos store. Very nice shop, exceptional products of high taste and aesthetics. Nevertheless, the seller was completely unprofessional, very pushy and we also heard rude comments. Too bad it spoils the whole picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν παω στο μαγαζί να ψωνίσω θεωρούσα πως η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού ανταποκρίνεται στην συνολική εικόνα του καταστήματος.Δυστυχώς, κατέθεσα στο μαγαζί ενα μεγαλο ποσό και η υπέυθυνη υπάλληλος δεν είχε να μου δώσει τα απαραίτητα ρέστα με αποτέλεσμα να μου λεει πως δεν έχει το ποσό οπότε να φύγω χωρίς αυτο.Δεν έχω ξανα συναντήσει κατι τετοιο σε κανένα κατάστημα,πόσο μάλλον του επιπέδου αυτού.
Before I went to the store to shop I thought that the behavior of the staff corresponds to the overall image of the store. Unfortunately, I deposited a large amount in the store and the manager did not have to give me the necessary change so he told me he did not have the amount so to leave without it. I have never encountered such a thing in any store, let alone of this level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου, η οποία δεν μας «επέτρεψε» να μπούμε στο κατάστημα λόγω ατόμων (εαν και δεν φαινόταν να ξεπερνούμε τον επιτρεπτό αριθμό). Με ύφος και τρόπο που μόνο ευγενικός δεν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί μας πρότεινε να πάμε βόλτα κ να ξανά έρθουμε και το καλύτερο είναι ότι μας έκλεισε και την πόρτα στα μούτρα κυριολεκτικά! Πολύ λυπηρό για ένα τέτοιο μαγαζί κ για πελάτη που σκόπευε να αγοράσει.
Unacceptable behavior of an employee, which did not "allow" us to enter the store due to people (although we did not seem to exceed the allowable number). In a style and way that only polite can not be described, he suggested we go for a walk and come again and the best thing is that he literally closed the door in our faces! Very sad for such a store and for a customer who intended to buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service at the Athens store is abysmal. Nonetheless, the store is so nice and you can find nice clothes/accessories for gifts etc.
The online store is really good. I got a Lalaounis necklace which was delivered with a handwritten note and packaged beautifully.
