They sent me the wrong PCR results Not paying attention to the details like for instance the pacients name. Both times they wrote my name wrong as well as my email. Please fix this issues as Im forced to pay you a large amount of money and as the saying says your services have to be in concordance with your prices.

The manager/supervisor is a polite, professional lady with excellent customer service skills! As an Interamerican customer, I had a great experience due to her great service and professionalism! The rest of the staff is average and 1-2 of them are sadly rude. If it wasn't for them this location would exceed all expectations!

Why does it take about 10-15 mins only for registration at the desk for each person who enters the lab? very slow service. You need to optimize the processes or hire more people and separate the registration desk from other tasks, the girls are doing too much of everything and can't have enough time to take new coming people or there is too much document workflow. First I was waiting just to pay for the test for about 30mins, then I wait to be called to take the test. I came at 9:10 and was able to take the test only at 10:10, it's not good, it's my time, looks like you have too many customers. I will better go to another place where I am more welcomed as a customer. As I came to make a glucose test I should stay there for 2 hrs, so total 3hrs with waiting time before the test, with the internet that can't load even a page to test the speed of the internet. Shame, today is 2022, why is your internet like since 2000. Why your management can't understand if they share a little bit of profit and hire more people, provide better wifi, they will make even more money.
