A customer is expected to get help on his/her appointment u booked and promised. This has happened on several occasions which and should be an improvement.... - try to replay to emails instead of choosing who to replay to - don’t promise nothing if you are not going to do it - stop lying to your customer - everything you say on the phone not only u who have recorded it, we also have it if u want I can just take it how badly u treat people and just hang up
