Παρά την καθυστέρηση του ραντεβού άξιζε τον κόπο μιας και η επεξήγηση που πήρα για όλα από το προσωπικό (επιστημονικό και λοιπό) με έχει ανταμείψει πλήρως. Excellent staff, impeccable service, spotless space, faithful adherence to health protocols. Despite the delay of the appointment, it was worth it since the explanation I got for everything from the staff (scientific and so on) has completely rewarded me.

Και τις 3 φορές που έχω έρθει. Και παρόλες τις αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις και τα διά ζώσης παράπονα δεν αλλάζει τίποτα! If I could go anywhere else I would go! The worst service I have ever encountered. At a closed appointment, wait at least 40 minutes! All 3 times I have come. And despite the negative reviews and lifelong complaints, nothing changes!

Κακή διαχείρηση των ραντεβού.Προσέλευση σήμερα 19:10 για ραντεβού των 19:15.Είχε "πάει" 20:30 .Και όταν παραπονέθηκα μου είπαν ότι θα έπρεπε να περιμένω ακόμη ένα ραντεβού για να περάσω εγώ.Καλές 9 με 9:30 δηλαδή.Πήρα το παραπεμπτικό και έφυγα .Δεν μιλάμε για "συγνώμη" .Ούτε λόγος .ΞΑΝΑ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ. Υ.Γ.με τόσες αρνητικές κρητικές θα περίμενε κανείς να διορθωθούν προς το καλύτερο.Εδώ μιλάμε για πλήρη αδιαφορία UNACCEPTABLE. Poor appointment management. Όλα καλά με το ραντεβού μου, μόνο το cd τής μαγνητικής ήθελε κάποια ώρα να ετοιμαστεί και δεν μπορούσα να περιμένω, όμως θα μου το στείλουν, ελπίζω άμεσα. Έχω κάνει και στο παρελθόν άλλες εξετάσεις, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Polite staff and very good management of the world in covid weather by the lady at the entrance, gives you a sense of security. Πήγα για μια μαγνητική της κόρης μου, ημέρα Τετάρτη πλήρωσα το ποσό και μετά μου είπαν ότι θα πάρουμε τα αποτελέσματα την ερχόμενη Δευτέρα μετά το απόγευμα , με επίδειξη εμβολιασμού και ταυτότητα. Να σημειώσω ότι δε μας ζητήθηκε όταν πήγαμε για εξέταση τίποτα από τα δυο, αλλά για την παραλαβή έπρεπε να τα έχω. Την Παρασκευή λοιπόν με παίρνουν τηλέφωνο να παμε την Δευτέρα το μεσημέρι να κάνουν μερικές λήψεις ακόμη γιατί ήθελε ο γιατρός κι άλλες για να βγάλει διαγνωση. Περιμέναμε 35 λεπτά από το ραντεβού μας. Όταν ρώτησα αν θα πάρουμε τα αποτελέσματα την ίδια μέρα μου είπαν ότι θα μας δώσουν το cd και το απόγευμα θα μου έστελναν με mail τη διάγνωση του γιατρού. Φυσικά δε την πήρα τη Δευτέρα και όταν πήρα την επόμενη μέρα έψαχναν να βρούνε τη διάγνωση. Ακόμα περιμένω..... If there was a way not to put a star I would do it. Οποτε και με έβαλαν στις 8:00 8 μέρες πριν το ραντεβού.. Σκάει τηλέφωνο δεν γίνετε να κάνετε 8 μπορείτε στις 11 με την δικαιολογία ότι θα αλλάξουν τον μαγνητικο. Λέω σε 3 ώρες θα αλλάξετε μηχάνημα? Υπολογιστής είναι? Μετά από πιέσεις και τα σχετικά το κάνουν 10 και μου σκάει το παραμύθι ότι πρέπει να είναι η γιατρός παρών, η οποία κυρία έρχετε 10:00. Παράνοια στο μεγαλείο! σου ζητάει να είσαι 8 ώρες πριν νηστικός και εγώ είμαι υποχρεωμένος από τις 9 το βράδυ να περιμένω να μπω 10:30(γιατί το 30-45λεπτο το έχουν σαν το καλημέρα) αφού άρχισα να ψελνω μιας και δεν ήταν τυπική ούτε στην υπόσχεση ότι 10 ακριβώς θα μπω. Ήρθε η προϊσταμένη και μου ζήτησε να πάμε να μιλήσουμε πίσω. Και να κατανοήσω ότι η γιατρός έρχεται 10 και όχι να κατανοήσουν αυτοί εμένα που είμαι ο ασθενής. ΕΆΝ ΈΧΕΤΕ ΚΎΡΙΟΙ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΜΙΚΡΉ ΑΜΦΙΒΟΛΊΑ ΑΝΑΚΑΛΕΣΤΕ ΤΑ ΦΩΝΗΤΙΚΆ να δείτε τι είπατε και τι είπα και εγώ θα ζητήσω δημόσια συγνώμη. I waited 1,5 hours for my appointment. No explanation, no apology, no discount, no attempt to retain a customer. Avoid affidea. Never again for me. Worst management in private health care I ever experienced. Two stars only because the medical part was good. I was satisfied with the skills, equipment and doctors attitude. It's the management which is failing here.
