★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 στα 5 για την καθαριότητα , την ευγένεια και την συνέπεια τους. Και στις 2 περιπτώσεις μου έστειλαν τα αποτελεσμάτα των εξετάσεων μου αυθημερόν μέσω email όπως ζήτησα.
5 out of 5 for their cleanliness, courtesy and consistency. In both cases they sent me the results of my exams the same day via email as I requested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γιατρός ήταν εξυπηρετική κατά την παρουσία μας εκεί.
Το ιατρείο φαινόταν καθαρο.
Η σύζυγος μου έκανε μοριακό τεστ και της είπαν ότι τα αποτελέσματα θα τα στείλουν ηλεκτρονικά στην διεύθυνση που σημείωσαν.
Περιμέναμε μέχρι 21:00 και τα αποτελέσματα δεν είχαν αποσταλεί και έτσι πήρα τηλέφωνο. Μου είπαν ότι τα έχουν στείλει και μάλιστα είναι και ΘΕΤΙΚΟ.
Τελικά συνειδητοποιήσε η γιατρός ότι δεν το είχε αποστείλει και μάλιστα δεν έβρισκε το eMail που είχε σημειώσει η υπάλληλος και ενώ είχε κινητό δεν είχε ενημερώσει ακόμα.
Οπότε είπα στην γιατρό να γράψει την διεύθυνση του eMail. Η υπομονή της χάθηκε υπερβολικά γρήγορα καθώς δεν μπορούσε να καταλάβει τα γράμματα που της ανέφερα στο τηλέφωνο για το email , έπειτα με φανερό εκνευρισμό μου είπε να στείλω την διεύθυνση με ένα μήνυμα στο κινητό της που μου το είπε με μιας χωρίς να περιμένει να σημειώσω δλδ, θαρρείς και είμαι κανένα ταλέντο και θυμάμαι δεκαψηφια.
Λυπάμαι που δίνω αυτήν την κριτική αλλά δεν ζήτησα να γίνει κάτι για το οποίο δεν πλήρωσα και περίμενα λίγο καλύτερη αντιμετώπιση.
The doctor was helpful during our presence there.
The doctor's office looked clean.
My wife did a molecular test and was told that the results would be sent electronically to the address they noted.
We waited until 21:00 and the results were not sent so I got on the phone. I was told that they have sent them and in fact it is POSITIVE.
Eventually the doctor realized that he had not sent it and in fact he could not find the eMail that the employee had noted and while he had a mobile phone he had not informed yet.
So I told the doctor to write down the eMail address. Her patience was lost too quickly as she could not understand the letters I mentioned to her on the phone for the email, then with obvious irritation she told me to send the address with a message on her cell phone which she told me at once without waiting to note dld , you are brave and I have no talent and I remember ten digits.
I'm sorry to give this review but I did not ask for something to be done for which I did not pay and I expected a little better treatment.
