Ντροπή !!!!! A referral will close your appointment after one month. That is, to expire dates. Without referral they make an appointment and another day !!!! Mercy !!!! Shame !!!!!

Απογοήτευση..... As always I give blood, without the slightest mark on my hand. Ξέχασαν να ελέγξουν την τροπονίνη που είχε στο παραπεμπτικό και μου ζήτησαν να την ξαναπάω για άλλη μία αιμοληψία, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση! The second time they took blood from my 15-year-old daughter, the first time she could not move her bruised hand, the second time she just bruised. They forgot to check the troponin in the referral and asked me to take it again for another blood draw, there is no case!
N	Nina Exarhaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πρώτα έγινε διερεύνηση για καλό αξονικό τομογράφο και μετά η επιλογή του διαγνωστικού κέντρου. Τα αποθαρρυντικά σχόλια στις αξιολογήσεις με επηρέασαν, γι’ αυτό θέλησα να έρθω σε επαφή με το συγκεκριμένο κέντρο προτού ορίσω ραντεβού. Αρχικά έστειλα μήνυμα μέσω του site τους ζητώντας διευκρινίσεις για τον αξονικό τομογράφο και τις εξετάσεις που έπρεπε να κάνω. Μετά από λίγη ώρα επικοινώνησε τηλεφωνικά μια ευγενέστατη κυρία και απάντησε σε όλες τις ερωτήσεις μου. Οι συγκεκριμένες απαντήσεις και η ευγένεια της με ώθησαν στο να κλείσω άμεσα ραντεβού. Η εξέταση μου ορίστηκε μετά απο δυο μέρες και αυτό γιατί έπρεπε να προηγηθεί φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Πιθανόν αν δε χρειαζόταν προφυλακτική αγωγή να υπήρχε διαθεσιμότητα σε συντομότερο χρόνο. Την ημέρα της εξέτασης με υποδέχτηκε στην είσοδο του κέντρου μια εξαιρετικά ευγενική υπάλληλος και περίμενα ούτε 5 λεπτά μέχρι να με εξυπηρετήσει η γραμματεία για την καταχώρηση των στοιχείων μου. Μετά απο ελάχιστο χρόνο με καθοδήγησαν στο διπλανό χώρο αναμονής όπου συνομίλησα με άλλη μια κυρία κατα την παραμονή μου. Με την πάροδο ενός τετάρτου της ώρας με κάλεσαν για το ιατρικό ιστορικό. Η κυρία που κατέγραψε το ιστορικό μου καθώς και η κυρία που μου έφερε το υποχρεωτικό νερό για την εξέταση ήταν και οι δυο γλυκύτατες. Στο επόμενο δεκάλεπτο με κάλεσαν στο δωμάτιο της εξέτασης. Η νοσηλεύτρια που μου χορήγησε το σκιαστικό υγρό ήταν καθησυχαστική και σε δευτερόλεπτα χωρίς να νιώσω την παραμικρή ενόχληση έκανε την ενδοφλέβια. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εξέτασης μπήκαν δυο φορές στο δωμάτιο να ρωτήσουν αν νιώθω καλά, τη μια φορά μπήκε η κυρία που έκανε την ενδοφλέβια και την άλλη μια δεύτερη νοσηλεύτρια εξίσου ευγενική. Ολοκληρώνοντας την εξέταση ρώτησα στη γραμματεία του χώρου πότε θα έχω τα αποτελέσματα και ζήτησα να σταλούν ηλεκτρονικά και στο δικό μου email και στου γιατρού μου. Μου απάντησαν πως θα τα εχω Παρασκευή 1 Απριλίου απόγευμα. Την εξέταση την ολοκλήρωσα το μεσημέρι της Τετάρτης 30 Μαρτίου. Σήμερα Πέμπτη 31 Μαρτίου, δηλαδή ενα 24ωρο μετά την αξονική, έλαβα ήδη το πόρισμα με email. Μετά από την προσωπική μου εμπειρία με το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό και καθώς συνομίλησα συνολικά με 9 διαφορετικά άτομα το μόνο που έχω να πω είναι να δώσω συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό για την ευγένεια, την κατανόηση, τη συνέπεια και τον επαγγελματισμό τους. Εχω να κάνω και κάποιες παρατηρήσεις που ελπίζω να ληφθούν υπόψιν διότι είναι κρίμα να υπάρχει εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, καλός εξοπλισμός και ο χώρος να μην ανταποκρίνεται στο επίπεδο των υπηρεσιών. Η τουαλέτα δεν ήταν καθαρή. Ήταν βρώμικος ο νεροχύτης, η λεκάνη, τα πλακάκια μέχρι και το άδειο κουτί με τις χειροπετσέτες ήταν λερωμένο (Επίσης ο συρτής εχει τοποθετηθεί σε λάθος απόσταση και ειναι δύσχρηστος). Τέλος επειδή ο ασθενής στον τομογράφο είναι ξαπλωμένος και βλέπει το ταβάνι, υπάρχει μια τρύπα στην οροφή. Είναι μια γωνία σε ένα πλακίδιο γυψοσανίδας. Το κόστος και ο χρόνος να αλλαχθεί είναι μηδαμινά και τα δυο. Φυσικά και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη. Να συμπληρώσω πως η αξονική έγινε με παραπεμπτικό ΕΟΠΠΥ και όχι ιδιωτικά. First a search was done for a good CT scan and then the selection of the diagnostic center. The discouraging comments on the reviews affected me, so I wanted to get in touch with this center before making an appointment. Initially I sent a message through their site asking for clarifications about the CT scanner and the tests I had to do. After a while, a gentle lady called and answered all my questions. The specific answers and her kindness pushed me to make an appointment immediately. My examination was scheduled after two days and that was because I had to be preceded by medication. Probably if prophylaxis was not needed there would be availability sooner. On the day of the examination I was greeted at the entrance of the center by an extremely polite employee and I did not wait even 5 minutes until the secretariat served me to register my details. After a short time I was guided to the next waiting area where I talked to another lady during my stay. A quarter of an hour later I was called for a medical history. The lady who recorded my history as well as the lady who brought me the mandatory water for the examination were both very sweet. In the next ten minutes I was called to the examination room. The nurse who gave me the shading fluid was reassuring and in seconds without feeling the slightest discomfort did the intravenous. During the examination they entered the room twice to ask if I was feeling well, one time the lady who did the intravenous and the other a second nurse just as polite. At the end of the examination I asked the secretariat of the place when I will have the results and I asked that they be sent electronically to my own email and to my doctor. They told me that I would have them on Friday afternoon, April 1. I completed the exam at noon on Wednesday, March 30. Today, Thursday, March 31, that is, 24 hours after the axial, I have already received the result by email. After my personal experience with this particular diagnostic and as I talked to a total of 9 different people all I have to say is to congratulate the staff for their kindness, understanding, consistency and professionalism. I have to make some remarks that I hope will be taken into account because it is a pity that there is excellent staff, good equipment and the space does not correspond to the level of services. The toilet was not clean. The sink, the basin, the tiles and even the empty box with the napkins were dirty (also the latch has been placed at the wrong distance and is difficult to use). Finally because the patient on the tomograph is lying down and looking at the ceiling, there is a hole in the ceiling. It is a corner on a drywall tile. The cost and time to change are both negligible. Of course, I highly recommend this diagnostic and I was completely satisfied. To add that the axial was done with a referral EOPPY and not privately.
