T	Tony on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι εξετάσεις γίνανε γρήγορα χωρίς να έχω ραντεβού και τα αποτελέσματα εστάλησαν με email την ίδια ημέρα. Από θέμα οργάνωσης δεν είναι και οι καλύτεροι. Αυτό που θέλω να εστιάσω όμως είναι ότι πάσχουν από θέμα ευγένειας όπως γράφει και η πλειοψηφία στα σχόλια. Μιλάνε με τρόπο ελαφρώς αυταρχικό και αγχωτικό. Θυμίζει λίγο δημόσιο με την διαφορά ότι εδώ πληρώνεις. Προφανώς και υπάρχει πίεση και τους βγαίνει αυτή η μη ήρεμη συμπεριφορά αλλά εγώ σαν πελάτης που πληρώνω γιατί να προτιμήσω και πάλι αυτό το κέντρο και να μην πάω κάπου που θα μου μιλάνε πιο ήρεμα και πιο ευγενικά; Ας βάζανε περισσότερους υπαλλήλους να εξυπηρετήσουν ώστε να υπάρχει λιγότερη πίεση και ας τους κάνανε τα κατάλληλα σεμινάρια. Δεν είναι δικό μου θέμα αυτό. Το δικό μου θέμα είναι να μην δίνω χρήματα σε ανθρώπους που με αγχώνουν η μου χαλάνε την διάθεση. Είναι ζήτημα σεβασμού προς τον εαυτό μας αυτό The exams were done quickly without an appointment and the results were sent by email the same day. In terms of organization, they are not the best. But what I want to focus on is that they suffer from a matter of politeness as the majority writes in the comments. They speak in a slightly authoritarian and stressful way. It reminds a bit of public with the difference that here you pay. Obviously there is pressure and they get this restless behavior but I as a customer who pays why should I prefer this center again and not go somewhere where they will talk to me more calmly and more politely? Let them put more employees to serve so that there is less pressure and let them do the appropriate seminars. This is not my business. My issue is not to give money to people who stress me out or spoil my mood. It is a matter of self-respect
K	Katherine Kappos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι & αγενέστατοι!!! Πήγα για μια απλή εξέταση αίματος... Πρώτη φορά στη ζωή μου χρησιμοποίησε κάποιος τόσο μεγάλη βελόνα, για να μου πάρει αίμα!!! Εκτός του ότι πόνεσα πάρα πολύ, επί 2 εβδομάδες το χέρι μου ήταν μελανιασμένο, σαν να είχαν σπάσει οι φλέβες μου!!! Ενώ θα μπορούσαν να μου στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα με ένα e-mail, μου είπαν να περιμένω, επειδή υποτίθεται θα έβγαιναν σε 15 λεπτά!! Ήμουν εκεί, με οξεία γαστρεντερίτιδα & υψηλό πυρετό & περίμενα πάνω από μισή ώρα, χωρίς να έρθουν τα αποτελέσματα!! Στο τέλος (αφού αγανάκτησα με το γεγονός ότι με αγνοούσαν επιδεικτικότατα & γενικά με το αγενές ύφος τους) ζήτησα να μου στείλουν τα αποτελέσματα μέσω e-mail & έφυγα, γιατί δεν άντεχα άλλο!!!Δεν σας συνιστώ σε καμία περίπτωση τη συγκεκριμένη κλινική!!! Ελπίζω να βελτιωθεί στο μέλλον!!!
i	ioannis tzintzoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 24/2/2022επισκεφθηκα το συγκεκριμένο διαγνωστικό κέντρο. Ήρθα αρνητικά προκατειλημμένος καθώς έχω κάκιστη εμπειρία από την εταιρεία σε άλλη πόλη βέβαια αλλά και από τις αρνητικές αξιολογήσεις που διάβασα για το συγκεκριμένο. Εξεπλάγην θετικά και οφείλω να το δημοσιοποιήσω. Κατά αρχάς δεν με καθυστέρησαν στο ραντεβού μου. Το βασικότερο όμως ήταν η ευγένεια της κυρίας,Ζυγουρα στην υποδοχή ( το όνομα της το αναφέρω έπειτα από την συγκατάθεση της). Ήταν εξυπηρετικοτατη και ευγενεστατη όπως ευγενικός ήταν και ο κύριος στο μηχάνημα της μαγνητικής. Έβαλα 4 αστέρια και όχι 5 γιατί σε μένα έτυχε να παρουσιάσει πρόβλημα το μηχάνημα και δυστυχώς δεν ολοκληρώθηκε η εξέταση μου. Today 24/2/2022 I visited the specific diagnostic center. I came negatively biased as I have a bad experience from the company in another city of course but also from the negative reviews I read about this. I was positively surprised and I have to make it public. At first I was not late for my appointment. But the most important thing was the kindness of the lady, Libra in the reception (I mention her name after her consent). She was very helpful and polite as was the gentleman in the magnetic machine. I put 4 stars and not 5 because the machine happened to have a problem with me and unfortunately my test was not completed.

E	Elena Gopchuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affidea in Thessaloniki Had bad experience and not suggest this clinic. Very unprofessional and disorganized! 1. No appointments, u standing in line, if u need blood tests and instrumental - you will do lines twice. 2. No proper sanitarian condition- everybody entering blood-test room in clothing, shoes (it is more like train station then room for work with biological material). Garbage box is open and just next to client’s chair with all the needles and other material thrown straight without undergoing any special chemical pretreatment, like it is regular garbage... , nurse taking blood working without gloves with uncovered hair and in street shoes(strange, that not smoking in the same time..) - for my demand she put gloves.. 3. Machine for X-ray not undergoing antibacterial polishing before and after every client... 4. Manager (or some worker of clinic) was running around screaming for some fight with colleges. 5. Thyroid blood tests are 22€ each.. 6.There is no possibility to take results straight. Tests-results are needed to be taken personally but evening or other day. Highly recommended to organize work properly, especially with aseptic/antiseptic rules.

When we've been at the boarding to the plane we almost mist the flight because they didn't wrote the correct time of the test.
R	RAtest Test on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I agree with the comment below, only because of the head, which allows herself to shout at visitors and can not admit her mistake this clinic will continue to receive low ratings. I came for the doctor's help, and I left in tears.
