P	Peter Collin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγάλη αλλαγή στην εξυπηρέτηση τους. Ευχάριστο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, περίμενα περίπου 15 λεπτά αλλά φρόντισαν να με ενημερώνουν ενδιάμεσα. Θα ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω όλους τους εργαζόμενους και ιδιαίτερα την κυρία Παντελάκη για την άψογη συνεργασία και εξυπηρέτηση. Big change in their service. Pleasant and very helpful staff, I waited about 15 minutes but made sure to inform me in between. I would like to thank all the employees and especially Mrs. Pantelaki for the excellent cooperation and service.

Το προσωπικο στην γραμματεία ευγενικό αλλά το συστημα που έχουν σε πιάνει εκνευρισμός.. Επείγον εξέταση θα μου στελναν σε e-mail.. Ακόμα περιμένω... Για να δουμε... Δυο ωρες μετα ακόμα τίποτα... Τουλάχιστον αν το ήξερα θα πηγαινα να παρω το αποτέλεσμα από το κει. You can never communicate on the phone ... You are waiting until the line drops .... The staff at the secretariat is polite but the system they have irritated you .. They would send me an urgent examination by e-mail .. I am still waiting ... To see ... Two hours later nothing more ... At least if I knew I would go get the result from there.
i	ioannapapil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι και αγενέστατη αντιμετώπιση του προσωπικού,χωρίς καμία διαθεση να εξυπηρετήσει έναν ιατρό ασθενούς που ζητούσε πληροφορίες για τον ασθενή του, πόσο μάλλον τον απλό ασθενή! Η ενσυναίσθηση από ένα κέντρο υγείας αν μη τι άλλο είναι αυτονόητη! Unacceptable and rude treatment of the staff, without any willingness to serve a patient doctor who asked for information about his patient, let alone the ordinary patient! The empathy from a health center if nothing else is self-evident!
S	Sophie D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία οργάνωση στο πώς να διαχειριστούν τον όγκο επισκέψεων, μεγάλες ουρές και αναμονή, αγενές προσωπικό σε γραμματεία και ιατρούς. Ευτυχώς υπάρχουν και κάποια άτομα που δεν χάνουν το χαμόγελο τους όση πίεση και να υπάρχει αλλα δυστυχώς η γενική εντύπωση είναι η χειρότερη για ιδιώτη πάροχο. No organization on how to manage the volume of visits, long queues and waiting, rude staff in secretariat and doctors. Fortunately there are some people who do not lose their smile no matter how much pressure there is but unfortunately the general impression is the worst for a private provider.

A	Amy Creyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the doctornearyou.gr website to book a Travel Covid-19 PCR test here at Affidea Chania the day before my flight home. The process was really easy. To expedite the test so its "same day results" and not the default 24-48 hours, just tell the receptionist when you check in on the 1st floor (not the ground floor, the first floor). There's no fee. Got our results emailed as a PDF 12 hours after the test was taken. Easy peasy. Highly recommend for anyone traveling from Chania to the mainlaind or a different country.
