Η κ. Κορακάκη στα τηλέφωνα είναι ειρωνική, αγενής, δίνει επίτηδες ψευδής οδηγίες εάν ο ασθενής/πελάτης «τολμήσει» να έχει τυχόν απορία. Φροντίζει να σε βγάλει τρελό μπροστά στα μάτια σου, ακόμα και για το ίδιο σου το όνομα ή για τον όροφο που πρέπει να πας. Επίσης η εν λόγω έχει το ελεύθερο να φωνάζει, να επεμβαίνει με ειρωνική συμπεριφορά σε ταραγμένο υπερήλικα, με αναφορές του ότι, το pcr test των 60€ δεν είναι ιατρική πράξη (!) Ο κόσμος αποκαμωμένος δεν μιλάει και η κ. Κορα(κα)κη ασκεί ελεύθερα τον αντιεπαγγελματισμό και απανθρωπισμό της. Προσοχή!

Quite a strange attitude towards customer service and pricing policy. I called and asked what is the price to see the doctor. The reply was: we do not know, the doctor will tell himself what is the price. Did we have to bargain or what??

I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. From the initial contact (direct with the surgeon) I was seen and operated on within 10 days. Pre and post op stayovers included in the price are are godsend. Staff were attentive, caring and very professional. If you find yourself in the situation of needing an op, try here first.

Really splendid care of my husband when he had an operation on his Achilles’ tendon. Spotlessly clean and comfortable room. Attentive and skilled staff team. He could not have had better care.

We went to the hospital through our insurance to take care of our son. He had a fever and stomach ache. He has been vaccinated from COVID for more than two months, like the rest of the family. When we arrived at the hospital, with the confirmation of our insurance, they told us that they were not treating us because my son has a fever. What kind of hospital is this? Is only for healthy people? Do they only prescribe pills? We have gone to the Therapeutic Hospital, where they have confirmed that he does not have Covid and they have treated us.

Our family wishes to recognise and express our heartfelt appreciation for the absolute top-rate service and support we received whilst in the care of your hospital; it was truly amazing. As with any first-time to be parents, we attempted to navigate the waves of anxiety and concerns in relation to the health, planning and post-support of the birth of our first child, which was further complicated by the fact that we were European nationals with limited Greek vocabulary; your staff, with their professionalism, International knowledge, patience, kindness and absolute top-rate support, afforded us a level of relief through the trust, comfort and calming that their efforts afforded us during our recent time at your private hospital. We received the absolute best care from Dr. Wogas, Midwife Nancy [who bridged the language barrier and made the entire experience so much more amazing], the entire midwife staff on duty day and night who worked relentless in supporting us and our baby and teaching us how to cope, Michael Vizyrakis the Paediatrician who was there every day to check on our daughters health and the Anesthetist who made things a little more bearable for my wife. Without this team we would have gone home far less confident ! far less prepared and far less rewarded !..... The sensitivity and support of your fine staff helped us through what was a very challenging but beautiful experience , and we will never forget your teams kindness. Please express our appreciation to everyone who worked with bring Edith into this world; we will be forever grateful.
