Η επικοινωνία που είχα με το κατάστημα e Shop ήταν καθαρά τηλεφωνική προκειμένου να γίνει μια παραγγελία και να λυθούν κάποιες απορίες σχετικά με το απόθεμα των προϊόντων. Και τις 2 φορές που μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο, η υπάλληλος ήταν μέσα στην ένταση και αγενέστατη. Όταν την ρώτησα αν έχουν ένα συγκεκριμένο προϊόν, μου είπε ειρωνικά να μπω στο σαιτ να το ψάξω. Προφανώς για να ρωτάω, δε το βρήκα στο σαιτ. Επίσης, πριν καν ολοκληρωσω την ερώτηση μου με διεκοπτε και απαντούσε τα δικά της σχετικά με την πολιτική της εταιρίας. Ότι να ναι δηλαδή. Και τις δύο φορές έκλεισα το τηλέφωνο εκνευρισμενη και χωρίς να έχω βγάλει άκρη. Εννοείται πως δεν έκανα παραγγελία τελικά από εκεί. Edit: αν και με κάποια καθυστέρηση, είδα πως απαντήσατε στην κριτική μου. Δε θα μπω σε λεπτομέρειες για το τι μου είπες και τι σου είπα για το απόθεμα και τον τρόπο παραλαβής γιατί είναι άδικος κοπος. Αν παρόλα αυτά όντως ακούσατε την συνομιλία και κρινατε πως η υπάλληλος δεν ήταν αγενής και απότομη απέναντι σε έναν ενδεχόμενο πελάτη, τότε πολύ καλά έκανα και δεν προμηθεύτηκα τα προϊόντα που ήθελα από το σαιτ σας. Καλή σας ημέρα. I have never visited the store. The site looks good. They always keep their store covid-19 free , cleaning constantly .The last days they are closed to public and they operate only their eShop , due to covid restrictions .
