Afisia Villas - Sarti

We really enjoyed our stay, the best villas in whole sarti! The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Maria who’ll always look after you and your needs to make your stay is enjoyable and hassle free. We would definitely come back again.

It's a great experience staying by you. The position is amazing and the villas are elegant, clean and very comfortable, the garden's wonderful with its flowers and herbs. The hospitality of the owner Fani and the kindness of Vassillis were two of the best things we found! We felt like friends, more than like guests. We suggest this villas for a real relaxing holiday!

This was the best stay in Greece ever. We wanted a private holiday away from the crowded tourist sites or big hotels. The villas are perfectly placed in a quiet olive grow and have the best view on the see and Athos. We were a family of six with two toddlers and the place was perfectly designed to host even small kids with everything you need. The house is spacious with big bedrooms and a great living room. The kitchen is fully equipped which was very practical with small kids. Every villa has a great outdoor area, totally private and with a big terrace and a pool. Vasilis was such a good host, he was always there when we had a question or we needed something. He was very helpful with plenty of good advice regarding the beaches and the town. He was very pleasant and we felt so welcome. The town is close enough so are some of the best beaches on Sithonia. The position of the villas is perfect to feel the best of Sithonia. Hope to come again soon.

My friends and I stayed in Afisia Magnum I Pool Villa, Sarti in the beginning of June 2019. We had no issues booking and paying the villa. At the day of arrival the communication with the staff was easy and the check-in was very smooth! We were a total of nine people, the maximum this villa can accommodate. The villa was very clean, had all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. The best part and the reason we went for this place was the pool - a private pool that can be accessed at any time, regularly cleaned. The villas are situated behind a gate and a fence, in the yard there are trampoline and slide for kids, a lot of trees. The only downside is that the beach is 2 km. away from the villa via a dirty road. There is no shortcut and if you go to a restaurant in the evening by foot, the return home is rather troublesome due to lack of street lights. Our suggestion is the owner to rent/give bikes to the visitors, it will make the stay even more fun and will eliminate this downside. This being said the villa is in a very quiet place, far away from mainstream roads and the city noises. In my opinion this place will be perfect for families with kids that want to escape from the city for a while. Shout out to Maria!

The pictures have nothing to do with reality. No cleaning services for 2 weeks, no soap or toillet paper despite paying thousands of euro. Not even salt, peper or oil în the olive oil land. Appliances în a totally poor condition.

The villas are super nice, very nicely furnished and with all required amenities. It is located in a peaceful olives plantation and with a gorgeous view of Athos and the sea. Our contact, Diogenis was super helpful and carefull to attend all our needs

Is 2 km away from the main street and you will get full of dust going to the villa. They don’t offer basic stuff for cleaning of laudry or dishes, no sugar, no coffee, no salt no nothing. Only the walls. The sheets is not changed, they just bring a bag with clean sheats and towels. The wifi is very bad. They look more luxurious in web that they are in reality. As a conclusion i don’t recommand.

Expensive villa but you get: •Very beautiful villa but not very clean and which every corner needs repair. •Very sweet administrator who talks very nicely but you get almost nothing. •No cleaning and clean towels, toilet paper and so on as long as you stay ;) •And most exciting thing is cleaning stuff little house in the middle of villas where you can see and feel their own life, loud arguments.. Very good experience to understand how good you had before :D
