★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλό e-shop στα δύσκολα φαίνεται. Αγόρασα ένα προϊόν το οποίο θέλησα να επιστρέψω όχι ως ελαττωματικό αλλά επειδή δεν με ικανοποιούσε, οπότε κανόνισα αλλαγή με κάτι άλλο. Μετά μπλέξαμε με τα ταχυδρομεία μέσα στις γιορτές, χάθηκε το δέμα, όχι με δικιά τους υπαιτιότητα. Είναι όμως πολύ συνεννοήσιμοι -χρειάστηκε να μιλήσουμε πολλές φορές στο τηλέφωνο- και βγήκε άκρη γιατί είχαν από την αρχή διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. 5 αστεράκια από εμένα. Μπράβο τους
The good e-shop in difficult times seems. I bought a product that I wanted to return not as defective but because it did not satisfy me, so I arranged a change with something else. Then we got involved with the post office during the holidays, the parcel was lost, not through their own fault. But they are very understanding - we had to talk many times on the phone - and it came to an end because they were willing to help from the beginning. 5 stars from me. Well done for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά τέλειοι.Πεμπτη 9.30 έκανα την παραγγελία, Παρασκευή 15.00 έγινε η παραλαβή, στην Κεφαλονια παρακαλώ. Το προϊόντα πολύ ποιοτικά. Το προσωπικό, ευγενεστατο και πολύ καταρτισμενο. Σίγουρα θα τους ξαναπροτιμησω. Συγχαρητήρια agadget
