For the past two years we have been constructing a new house in a village near Vrysses. This involved us in a great deal of research,, reviewing and selecting many items to buy including floor and wall tiles and sanitary wares for 3 bathrooms. The floor area is more than 340m2 so necessitated a large amount of tiles and materials - different ones for different areas/rooms in the house. We visited several suppliers in Chania before selecting iaggelakis -best decision we could have made!! In addition to being extremely charming and helpful, they have a great selection of tiles and sanitary wares from which we could make our selection. For a few items, not in the store, they ordered for us custom made items to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Samantha and John (who both speak perfect English) could not have been more helpful. They spent a great deal of time with us - very patiently making suggestions according to their (extensive) expertise - which tiles would suit particular areas and which wall tiles would match floor tiles etc. This was invaluable as we were at times overwhelmed with the variety of choices available. Gradually, over several months, we made final decisions about what we wanted. As we did not need the items immediately, iaggelakis had no problem storing the items until we required them. They were then delivered exactly on date and time agreed in a very efficient way. Items ordered specifically, once they arrived at the store, were delivered promptly to us. Samantha maintained constant contact with us throughout the process, updating us on progress of orders and answering the many queries we had and being a constant source of advice and reassurance! Prices were extremely competitive. If ever there was a 'dream store' iaggelakis is it!!! We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Rose and Bob Lloyd
