★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben uns verfahren und sind dann an diesen Ort gekommen. Ich finde diesen Ort wunderschön, hatte was geheimnisvolles, aber auch etwas gespensterhaftes. Man könnte da auch einen Horrorfilm drehen.
Sehr mystisch.
 We got lost and then came to this place. I think this place is beautiful, it had something mysterious, but also something ghostly. You could also make a horror film there.
Very mystical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgelegene Kirche mit Gemeindefriedhof von Kassiopi.
Die Kirche selbst ist verschlossen und war bei unserem Besuch in keinem guten Zustand. Natürlich ist sie, wie auch das Friedhofstor verschlossen.
Durch das Tor kann man aber auf den Friedhof schauen. Bitte entsprechenden Respekt vor diesem Ort nicht vergessen !
Nebenan eine kleine Seltenheit auf Korfu: Kühe, die in einem kleinen Olivenhain das spärliche Gras und Kräuter fressen, aber auch mit Heu und Wasser versorgt werden.
Besonders bei klarem Wetter hat man von hier einen super Fernblick auf das Festland und den Norden Korfus in Richtung Kassiopi.
Nicht so leicht zu finden...
Remote church and parish cemetery in Kassiopi.
The church itself is locked and was not in good shape when we visited. Of course, like the cemetery gate, it is locked.
But through the gate you can see the cemetery. Please don't forget to respect this place!
Next door, a little rarity on Corfu: cows that eat the sparse grass and herbs in a small olive grove, but are also supplied with hay and water.
Especially when the weather is clear, you have a great view of the mainland and the north of Corfu towards Kassiopi.
Not so easy to find ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this church years ago, there was two priests but one was ill in hospital so there was only one, he was glad of the company. He was very kind and showed us around. I shall never forget you. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
