Νεδέλκου και από το 2001 στεγάζεται η Αγιορείτικη Εστία, με βιβλιοπωλείο εκθεσιακούς χώρους και κήπο. Μαζί με το Γυμνάσιο απέναντι, στο νούμερο 132 αποτελούν τα τελευταία δείγματα κτισμάτων του περασμένου και των αρχών του αιώνα που διασώζονται µέχρι σήμερα στην περιοχή της Καμάρας. Στην πρόσοψη του κτιρίου, κατά την περίοδο χρήσης του, λειτουργούσαν τρία καταστήματα: καρβουνιάρικο, φαρμακείο και επιπλοποιείο. Το 1980 ο Κωνσταντίνος Νεδέλκος με ιδιόγραφη διαθήκη παραχωρεί στο Δήμο Θεσσαλονίκης το ακίνητο της Εγνατίας, υπό τον όρο να χρησιμοποιηθεί ως Μουσείο. Τον Ιανουάριο του 1981, το Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού χαρακτηρίζει το κτίριο διατηρητέο ως «έργο τέχνης». The historic Nedelkos Mansion was built in 1909 by the I. Nedelkos family and since 2001 it has housed the Mount Athos, with a bookstore and a garden. Along with the Gymnasium across the street, at number 132 are the latest examples of buildings of the past and the beginning of the century that have survived to this day in the Kamara area. There were three shops on the façade of the building during the period of its use: a charcoal shop, a pharmacy and a furniture store. In 1980, Constantine Nedelkos, in a special will, granted the Municipality of Thessaloniki the property of Egnatia, provided it was used as a Museum. In January 1981, the Ministry of Culture designated the listed building as a "work of art".
