Η εκκλησία αποτελεί μνημείο της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς του τόπου το οποίο προστατεύεται με Φεκ.
 It is a temple dating back to the 13th century (post-Byzantine period). Its location is called Finikies, a name found in both Byzantine and earlier sites. The church is a cultural heritage site protected by Fek.
