The most idyllic place to stay and dine right on the beach front in Alykanas. Nikos and Vaggi look after us every year. This is a home from home for us.

The ambience of this area , restaurant, beach is 2nd to none , pool is clean and good size .I wasnt staying in Appartments but was shown round 2 of them and they are very clean ,modern and tastefully finished ,was in Alykanas Oct 2018

We stopped here for lunch on a tour around Zakynthos Island. Huge Club Sandwich ? the pool was great to cool down. Located at the beach. The bungalows looks great

I fooled terribly, because of the pictures on the site! ? The location is great, but the accommodation conditions are BELOW BASIC. The manager is an unpleasant person, who lies unknowingly. I booked 3 rooms for 3 families (2 rooms for 3 pers with 80 euro / night and 1 room for 4 pers with 85 euro / night), I canceled 1 room for 3 pers, 5 days before and I received to wife to the manager, is OK, meaning that besides the paid deposit I pay the difference of 520 euros for the 2 rooms. I received 2 rooms in different places. I asked for help for the association of the rooms, the manager did not even want to hear, saying that they are in the same resort and cannot give them nearby. I understand. No one registered for the check-in. I found that the fridge was dirty, the toilet lid was infected, the cabinet was smelling of mold, the kitchen was disgusting. We had 2 days when we didn't have cold water, only hot water, we couldn't take a shower! At the check-out, I was surprised that the manager asked me for a difference of 670 euros, claiming that 150 euros are for the canceled room. I showed him the email sent and after negotiation he asked me 80 euros for the canceled room. I asked for the invoice, at which point, the manager asked me for a tax of 23% of the price ... (something that doesn't exist) I asked for any other receipt signed by the manager, agreeing to give me a paper, attesting the payment of the accommodation. It gets clean every day, but what's the point? Clean towels are dirty or broken. The air conditioning is very noisy, the only window in the room can not open, being without insect net, and in the area there are many lizards. Bed linen is old and stained! In the front door were holes, which I stuffed with paper. No internet in accommodation, just to the pool. For me it's late, I got home, but it was known that there is a TOURIST POLICE, which should be notified for such abuses! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! "Outside the fence is painted, inside the leopard!"

Our cappuccino and baileys coffee were not tasty. There was loud music and when we wanted to pay, they didn't accept cards. They told us it was a 3 minute walk to an ATM, but it took 20 minutes total to go there and walk back. Not a nice experience.
