Η Κ. Ζερβα είναι υπόδειγμα του καλού αστινομικου, ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρετική. Δείχνει το καλό πρόσωπο της αστυνομίας και τη φροντίδα για τους πολίτες. Απλά, εύγε. Το πέμπτο αστέρι χάνεται λόγω του χώρου εργασίας. The working conditions and the environment of the department are in stark contrast to the courtesy and impeccable service (rare for the Greek public) that we received from the identity department. K. Αν βάλεις τα σωστά άτομα στο σωστό πόστο η δουλειά γίνεται περίφημα.. Συγχαρητήρια.. Μας έχουν κλέψει δεκάδες φορές κ για να κάνουμε καταγγελία πρέπει να περιμένουμε ώρες έως και ολόκληρη μέρα για να εξυπηρετηθουμε. Αποτέλεσμα... Δεκάδες κλοπές μηδέν καταγγελίες. They are only good for IDs because otherwise they are brothel. We have been robbed dozens of times and in order to make a complaint we have to wait for hours or even a whole day to be served. Result ... Dozens of thefts zero complaints.
