This hotel is expensive for what it really is. It is far from the bus stop in Oia, you have to walk at least 25' with your luggage under the heat. The breakfast is bad, served with bad attitude, it really does not worth the price you pay! The swimming pool and the view are ok (other side of the caldeira) The only hotel in Greece where we had to pay in advance (we got it why)!

This place was great. The staff has been friendly and helpful. You can't flush paper down the toilet but that is the whole island. Breakfast was great with hard-boiled eggs, toast, bread, sliced meat and cheese, and great coffee.

The property was pleasant. Staff were nice. ** When we got to our room it was nothing like the pictures. It was a dark cave. No upstairs area like shown. The bathroom floor was still dirty from the last guests and the towel mat was used and crusty. There was an ocean view but no beach access. The breakfast had cereal, cheese, salami, bread, fruit cucumbers and hard boiled eggs. Not terrible but could have more hot choices. Knowing the high price I paid for an “exclusive apartment” we definitely would’ve took our money somewhere else instead knowing the repercussions of staying here. It was very misleading.

We stayed at Agnadi Villa for four nights in June 2019. It was in mid season, we got really good value for the money we paid. We took airport pick-up and drop off service from the hotel which was good decision I would say, as it saved hassle of finding a taxi as we have a four year old son. The location is 25 minutes drive from airport. The hotel is situated on top of a hill. It is nice but old, has a different charm of its own. Great sunset views from the hotel pool area. Nice swimming pool area for relaxing and sunbathing. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly and always ready to help. Specially, Katerina who was at the reception was really helpful and offered us excellent service. Katerina is very nice and friendly. My son liked Katerina so much and would not stop mentioning her the whole time we were there and even after we got back home. The breakfast was basic, no complains. Would be nice if they include some hot items on breakfast. The two cleaning staff give their best, but I think they could use some extra help and better efficient cleaning equipment. Katerina helped us rent a car for three days to drive around the island. It was good to have a vehicle to go around the island. It was hot and was not easy for us to walk up and down hill. It was a nice and peaceful stay overall. Thanks to everyone at Agnadi Villa for making our stay special, extra thanks to Katerina! Do not believe the bad reviews.

Perfect place, especially for couples! 15 minutes walk to Oia, nice and helpfull staff, amazing view at breakfast form terrace. Nice view on Oia!! Big pool with north side view!

Honestly a nice place, the room was good (minifridge, A.C, nice shower) but for a person like me who likes to watch netflix or youtube before going to sleep it was disappointing that at no time the wifi was decent. Even during the day when most residents are gone its so damn slow, the connection is fine its just the speed is terrible. Most reviews here are accurate btw.

The place is beautiful, rooms are nice except for the weird smell in the bathroom and the non functional toilet ( not enough water comes out when flushing :-\). Breakfast is disappointing and the lady serving it looks annoyed. The lady in reception is super friendly and nice.

Good place to stay. Close to oia, you can walk there. Only minus, the breakfast. It's good but not many options
