Warning ! SCAM. The photos from their website or Agoda do not correspond to reality. If you want to book a honeymoon suite with outdoor hot bathtub, they have 6 of them, and the pictures on the net show ONLY the attractive ones (=bathtub on a terrace with a view). So you will pay 100€ (or 300€ in high season), and end up with a jacuzzi facing a wall in front of the reception with no privacy at all... Moreover as we were the first ones to arrive (10 am) we ask if we can take another suite as this one does not match at all the description. The guy at the desk just told us they were full (lie, as Agoda shows more...), and keep on selling us excuses (cleaning staff, time of arrival...). He was not willing to help. Internet (or phone network) is nil in the room/cave! And really bad at the reception/public area. Breakfast was Good. Avoid at all costs!

We paid 30 extra euros for the hot tub but it didn’t work. We tried to talk with the manager and he said there was nothing he could do (maybe refund those 30 bucks?) There was other man there VERY rude, I think it was the owner, who told us that it did work but it needed 6 hours to get hot and that it was us who didn’t know how to use it (It had three buttons, there was no way to miss it) The room was nice, though.

Super super clean, organized and cozy. Once we got here it was super beautiful! The lovely man that helped us and super friendly, he helped us with the checking in as fast as he could because he could tell we were super exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep. Also breakfast is brought to your apartment which is super convenient. Over all 10/10 would recommend

Best accomodation around, very inviting and accomodating concept. The owner and especially his manager helped us with a lot of advice on what to check out, the breakfasts were lavish and authentically local. AC worked perfectly, the personal tubs are smartly installed so that the balconies / terraces kept walkably dry. Signs to find the suites from the parking lot are easy to spot. Three decent restaurant are literally around the (staircased ofc) corner. Water is heated by solarthermal cells. Many thanks for their splendid service!! Unforgettable sunsets..

As a look looks interesting, it's something unique, you feel like living in a cave but luxurious. The biggest problem was the moisture inside the apartment and the occasional insect (which probably came through the air vents near the bed). Another minus is that it is quite far from the parking lot and you have to walk at least 6 minutes on foot (climb and descend steps). Without worrying about luggage, they will carry Fotis, as has happened to us (congratulations on endurance, being 3 girls, you will figure out how many luggage he has to carry). Every time in the room cleaning was done as appropriate. It is relatively close to the center of Oia, I walked on foot, which I recommend 1, 7km. With the car you will be able to bypass, because of the unique way streets. There are even 3 restaurants, very close to where you can eat excellent. On top of each other, the breakfast was very good.

My family of 13 people stayed here, and it was perfect. Nice breakfast, great location, we had an entire courtyard and the 3 rooms that connected, to gather for drinks and socializing, but still had privacy. If you are coming to Santorini and want to stay in a traditional cave home, this is it. No car noises or traffic, because it’s in the middle of Finikia village.

we tought it was a boutique hotel but its more like an airbnb with a breakfast equivalent to a cheaper hostel. The room is big (this is good). would not reccomend.

Scam, misleading pictures, avoid this place We booked 2 nights at Master Suite with Outdoor Private Jetted Tub, 332€ per night. The price of the apartment was dictated by the beautiful view from the bathtub, but the bathtub was dirty and it was located next to the sidewalk (no privacy!) and the view was directly over some wasteland with lots of rubbish that was spoiling everything ( photo in attachment), and breakfasts included in the price ... of course it was breakfast, but can one loaf of bread for 4 people and a few one-time jams be called breakfast ... not according to my definition when I pay so much for one night. To the end our transfer to the airport was supposed to be a taxi and we were counted as a taxi(35€), and a bus came for us, which collected people from all over the island, dropping them off at different places, so we barely made our flight, and we were not able to communicate with the driver. To sum up, nothing agreed with the announcement but we could not refuse the offer because after reaching the island, we were exhausted, we had no way to find an alternative. Hotel posted such an unfair advertisement and we feel cheated
