★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely place on the wild and beautiful Samothraki. If you're planning to visit the island and are looking for an accommodation that is cosy, very well kept, laid back and run by extremely friendly hosts, stay here. Aigaion is conveniently located by the north shore of the island, about 15 minutes from the main town and ferry port and less than 5 minutes from Therma (by car). We stayed in a triple room on the upper floor which was generous in size, bright and airy, and which included two balconies. It was facing the sea and so we enjoyed 5 nights of sound sleep (super comfy beds!) with the sound of the sea in the background :) (though you can block out any sounds from outside just by closing the windows/balcony). The accommodation is very calm and relaxing, surrounded by flowers and shadowy trees. It is refurbished, very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Breakfast is also lovely and served in the adjacent garden (= a great start of the day!). Yorgos, in charge of the contact with guests, couldn't be more welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing rooms, very stylish. The guesthouse is a breath away from the sea. Great location, close to all amenities , the beach bar is less than 1km away, same for the mini market. Ancient city is less than 10min away. "chora" village is 15min away. Friendly owner, very cheerful and helpful. 100% recommended.
