Χ	Χρυσα Σταυρα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικά συγχαρητήρια στο κ Νίκο για όλα αυτά τα 30 χρόνια που είναι στο χώρο τον διακατέχει μεγάλη εμπειρία και πείρα πάνω στο χώρο αυτόν και αυτό φενεται από τη συμπεριφορά και τις γνώσεις που μοιράζεται με τους πελάτες του και την Ευγενία του προς αυτούς.Επισεις ένα μεγάλο μπράβο σε αυτό το υπέροχο καταστήμα που έχει διαμορφώσει.Δευτερευοντος ένα δεύτερο μεγάλο συγχαρητήρια στους υπαλλήλους του τόσο στο κατάστημα όσο και στο e shop οπου τους διακατέχει όλους εμπειρία ευγενια και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση προς τούς πελάτες του με άμεση παράδοση των παραγγελιών τους χωρίς καθυστερήσεις.με υπευθυνότητα.Επισης πολύ ευχαριστημένη έμεινα και με τις υπηρεσίες του grooming τους.Τα κορίτσια είναι ευγενικοτατα και με μεγάλη εμπειρία στο χώρο..Ενα πολύ οργανωμένο pet shop με μεγάλη γκάμα σε όλα τα είδη.Ευγενικο και κατάρτισμενο προσωπικό.Με όρεξη και διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν πάντα τους. πελάτες.Επαγγελματισμος χαρακτηρίζει και το grooming του καταστήματος όμοιος με τις groomer να γνωρίζουν πολύ καλά το αντικείμενο τους πράττοντας το με ευχαρίστηση και επαγγελματισμό. c	chara thoxa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ειναι πραγματικα κριμα ενα τοσο καλο καταστημα να αντιμετωπιζει τους πελατες σαν επιδοξους κλεφτες , μπηκα στο καταστημα με δυο σακουλες με ψωνια απο το απεναντι sm τις οποιες και αφησα αμεσως σε μια γωνιτσα και περασα στα ραφια με τις κονσερβες , η υπαλληλος ηρθε κατευθειαν και με ρωτησε τι θελω της απαντησα πως θα το βρω μονη μου με ξαναρωτησε ποιο εντονα και απαντησα πως δεν σκοπευω να την κλεψω , πηγα οτι ψωνησα στο ταμειο , γυρισα και πηρα και τις σακουλες μου τις οποιες αφησα μπροστα της σχεδον , αφου λοιπον πληρωσα κοιταξε τις σακουλες και με ξαναρωτησε τι αλλο πηρα υπαινισσόμενη πως κατι ειχα κλεψει , ανεβασα τις σακουλες και τις ανοιξα για να δει πως ασφαλως και δεν ειχα τπτ αλλο δικο τους κρυμενο . Το ακομα ποιο γελοιο ειναι πως το καταστημα εχει καμερες παντου (και πολυ σωστα κανει) και μια τεραστια οθονη που μπορουν να δουν πραγματικα τις κινησεις των πελατων , επισης ειμαι τακτικη πελατισα πανω απο 10 χρονια και λυπαμαι πραγματικα για την αγενεια του νεου προσωπικου It is a real pity that such a good store treats customers like would-be thieves, I entered the store with two shopping bags from the opposite sm which I immediately left in a corner and went to the shelves with cans, the clerk came straight and asked me what do I want I answered that I will find it myself she asked me again strongly and I answered that I do not intend to steal it, I went shopping at the cash register, I went back and took my bags which I left in front of her almost, after I paid she looked at the bags and she asked me again what else I got hinting that I had stolen something, I picked up the bags and opened them to see that of course I had no other hidden of them. What's even more ridiculous is that the store has cameras everywhere (and it does very well) and a huge screen that can really see customer movements, also I've been a regular customer for over 10 years and I'm really sorry for the rudeness of the new staff
