I talked to them once and they told me the product is out stock (which they should have updated online). and thus I need to wait. After that, I can not reach them on the phone and they dont respond on the emails. However, they have charged me.

That is not professional service. I would not mind if I knew it from the beginning (or at least during the waiting period I called many times), I would have the option to wait or cancel.

The product I ordered was out of stock but not mentioned on the site, I waited more than month to restock and then they told me they couldn't restock it. Of course I canceled my order and I would never even click on that shop again.

Y	Yannis Skourtis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had placed (and pre-paid) order #68282 on Feb. 6 and all products had appeared as available. Today, almost 20 days later, there has been no updates on their side on the order status or the cause of this huge delay. After some unanswered emails and quite a struggle to reach them on the phone, the reply was that they were overwhelmed with orders and asking for patience. To make matters worse, the digital order status appeared as "shipment imminent" while the actual status reported was that the products were still unavailable. Although we had some positive experience shopping here in the past, we'll think twice from now on.

I place an order 1 week ago and no any information about when it will be delivered or so, I am calling 3 days long, nobody picks up the phone. 1 woman picked the phone, when she heard I am talking in English she dropped it. Facebook - no answer, email - no answer. Please tell me your magic secret, how which such ugly and unprofessional service you are still not bankrupt? I want really to know, because if I served my clients like this, I would get 0 orders.
D	Dalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have placed an order and after 2-3 days I was called to be informed that one of the items I ordered is out of stock (it was in stock in the website when i ordered it). I asked for a refund for this item and not a replacement with something else. Some days later the parcel arrived but 14 days later no refund was made.
