Great hotel in a wonderful location; it has an unobstructed sea view and a small pebble beach within meters. Allow time to speak with the beautiful owners and enjoy the divine authentic Greek breakfast. I could not imagine a better value for the money.

The most friendly and hospitable owners ever beyond imagination making you feel right at home! Very clean, great views and home made delicacies from the owner’s family.

Very good hotel at the centre of Neapoli. Nikos and Thodoris are both cool guys to talk. Breakfast is fresh and made of local products. The rooms could be better but still most of them have the greatest view, so it doesn't matter at all. Recommended!

Great hotel! It is family run and very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. Great ocean view from our room. Amazing breakfast with delicious homemade jam, marmalade, cakes, all prepared by the owner's family. Best fresh squeezed orange juice I have ever had. Highly recommend.

I will start by just saying that I have cried so much when I left. Because, even before arriving Theodoris welcomed us so well on the phone and told us that if we had any problem,we could call anytime. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed better than anywhere, as if we were home. The hotel is beautiful, in front of the sea, the best view ever for the sunrise,sunset and even just staying there in the afternoon. It is ultra clean, like I’ve never seen before. The rooms are big and comfortable and modern, and we were lucky to have a stunning view. The restaurant in front is amazing.. than, in the morning, I met Nikos and his mum. He just is the best guy I’ve met, so patient, so kind,so fun Best Greek lessons from my trip! His mum bakes delicious authentic cakes, rizo galo and the breakfast is all local with incredibly tasty and high quality products. In Kythira,we met a couple who comes every year, and we all agreed it was the BEST breakfast in all Greece ( and I travelled a good bit around). You think it’s all there is to say ?? NO!! They helped us poor Frenchies with not much Greek language to organize some stuff we were struggling to do, all of this in the middle of such a busy time (the busiest in the summer) and always made us feel as if we were alone. It was simply the best authentic Greek welcome, and even more than that. True people, beautiful souls. That’s why I cried when I left, and that’s why I still miss you so much. Efkaristo para poli a million times for my most memorable stay with you, it’s a gift to have met you! Sarah

Lovely hotel situated seaside in Neapoli. Owners very polite and helpful! Rooms recently renewed. Breakfast with local delicacies absolutely lovely. Private parking provided. Free WiFi. Prices reasonable. Definitely recommended

This sea front Hotel is ideally located in Neapoli with an amazing view of the sea from my balcony. It has a beautiful atmosphere and is a very cozy place and relaxing. The breakfast is always excellent and there is always a great variety of home made jams and sweets. A big Thank You to Nikos and his staff for always making us feel like family!
