M	Michelle Be on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 4 nights at limira mare. The hotel is beautifully situated, as it is only a quick jump over the street away from the ocean. It is also quite clean and the people are nice. Unfortunately, you feel like you just traveled through time. The hotel looks like it hasn't been renovated since 1980. The furniture is really outdated and the whole hotel looks like it really needs a complete renovation and new furniture, wall painting etc. The bed was comfortable though. The bathroom is really not functional, as there is no window and really dark light. Furthermore, the bathtub is where you shower and it doesn't have a hanger to attach the shower head to. The breakfast is also a bit of a disappointment, it is standard but nothing more. Nothing really tasted fresh. All in all, we really liked the view and the people of the hotel, but you could really make a lot more of it. Oh and there's free parking.
R	Rabih Saade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are nicely renovated except the bathroom. Clean, good mattress but service for breakfast is very slow due to covid, we left as the queue was not moving and we were going to miss the ferry, so if you want breakfast it is good to come down early

d	d0rian7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel Limira Mare is one of the oldest and biggest in the area. Consequently, the rooms are not modern, but they are more than adequate for your everyday needs. The location is excellent, with awesome view of the sea and the islands of Elafonissos and Kythira. In front of the hotel there is a beach where you can have a nice swim. One umbrella and a pair of sunbeds cost 7€. The hotel offers a large private parking space and also has a restaurant and a bar. The service is good and overall you get an excellent price/quality ratio. Recommended!

Stunning views from the balcony, Our spacious airy room held a large and most comfortable bed. All the staff were wonderful and ready to go the extra mile. For example, they helped arrange a physiotherapist for my wife when her back was bad, and on a Sunday too.
