The practice of yoga in this area (and with this teacher ;-), is EXPERIENCE! It is a holistic approach of mind and body, which includes practice, relaxation and meditation! Really great !!

The teacher is awesome! the space is very neat, it helps you to relax and enjoy the lesson. every lesson is different and very studied. generally a wonderful experience !!!
