★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice, a bit outdated but still nice. It was quite clean and the service was good. We stayed for 15 days in September and the buffet offer declined towards the end of the holiday. The first few days the food was amazing with the variety of dishes. Later the number of dishes lowered.
The beach in front of the hotel is really bad, water was not clear nor clean. But the beach in the second Aks hotel was quite good and only 5 min( by car) away.
The hotel is suitable for kids since they have a lot of activities and facilities for them.
Spetses is a recommendation! A visit to the island is organized by the hotel. Usually the price is 15 eur. A much cheaper way is by the fairy; return ticket 5 eur. Fairy leaves from Kosta village, just a few mins away by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners served a varied and local food, always fresh fruit, pancakes for breakfast and a variety of ice cream were very pleasing. The beach at the hotel is not very big, but there is an opportunity to get to the nearby very beautiful beach in 5 minutes by bus from the hotel. Nearby is a small but cozy village, rental of boats, koyaks, windsurfs. The rooms themselves are not new, but comfortable, cleaning and stuff without comment. Very friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is like old lady still good looking but need some special make up.. Location is perfect, rooms big but food must be better... All inclusive option as in all Greek hotels there but nothing to compare with Turkey only in terms of offer for all inclusive... Peloponesos place to disco er and enjoy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were dated but other than that we found it to be a good getaway. We stayed from Monday to Saturday. The first day we found the food to be mediocre, but as the week progressed it got better. We had everything from fried liver, mussels, gemista, Greek coffee and desserts. I would say that this is not a hotel with authentic Greek cuisine but it's okay. The staff at the dining area needs to be a little more enthusiastic and should greet people upon arrival and should pick up plates from tables. The water they serve is like swallowing the ocean so be sure to ask for bottled water. The front desk staff are very helpful. The pool is a great asset after a day at the various beaches surrounding the area. The A/C in the room was ice cold, parking is available and it's close by to a very good restaurant, one of the best I would say. When you stay here you also have access to the beach over at their sister hotel. Overall a good stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is a very nice and pleasure full place to stay. You can enjoy there the room (was excellent) the foods (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as well as the interiors. The price was fair for the hotels offering. I will visit this hotel again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 4minus star hotel. The beach opposite the hotel is not nice, the sand becomes muddy in the sea. A plus is the view of the Porto Heli bay from the room verandas if you pay for a sea view. You need to rent a car to get around. In the busy months there is no car availability.
