R	Robbie McAree on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing venue and friendly, hard-working staff. However certainly not up to typical 5 star Nikki Beach international standard. We were greeted with a complimentary room upgrade, which was nice, however the room was never properly cleaned to a standard that people would expect during covid recovery. We didn’t have complimentary water in our room until the last evening and the in-room coffee cups were never replaced (during a 3 night stay). The biggest issues came at breakfast. The food was very average and the eggs were always undercooked. The staff could barely manage at breakfast and everything took so long to arrive. Our hot drinks usually arrived at the end of our meal. Most hotels know that breakfast is usually the last experience a guest will have before they check out, so it’s imperative that it’s a flawless experience. Unfortunately we are leaving with a bad taste in our mouth (pun intended). I understand that they are understaffed, and have only just reopened after covid, however my argument to that is that you shouldn’t charge pre-pandemic prices if you can’t provide pre-pandemic service. The pool area was awesome, with great music and really hard-working staff. Glad we came and experienced it but I won’t be coming back to this Nikki Beach.
D	Dima Mich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience of this Nikki Beach was not the best.. The management obviously is not the optimal for an actual Nikki Beach. Not clean nor tidy pool area, sun umbrellas closed when it was just a little bit windy, pool bar lacking personnel and many many kids in the main pool yelling. The best part was the resident dj at the pool who was playing fantastic happy house music.
B	Brayden Ainzuain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an incredible time at Nikki Beach. I can’t speak higher about the staff and how welcomed we felt upon arrival and throughout the whole day. We arrived around noon and stayed the entire day. The service by the pool was fantastic. The team was friendly and accommodating. We chilled by the bar in the pool most of the time chatting and having cocktails. The drinks by Anastasia were very good and the shisha by Carlos was one of the best ever. After tanning and relaxing for a while we had late lunch. The food was extremely good. I can’t call out one specific dish as the menu overall had a good number of options and everything that we ordered was delicious.

S	Spyros Nt. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WiFi was not working during our 3-days stay (unacceptable!!!), TV was breaking down very often, room's sound insulation almost non-existent, breakfast variety was limited and the private shared pool was dirty and full of insects. Not recommended for a 5-star hotel.

The room and resort were immaculate and the food was spectacular. I plan on going back soon, and the reason is to stay there again! Treat yourself and go stay at this resort.
