Καθαριότητα και γούστο τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο. The place is perfect. Quiet area, wonderful hotel right on the sea. Excellent people, hospitable and authentic. Direkter Zugang zum Strand mit schöner Brandung. Jedes der Zimmer hat ein kleines Bad mit WC, einer der drei Balkone ist immer im Schatten. Leider hört man Nachts bei offenem Fenster die Straße hinter dem Hotel recht gut (dabei hatten wir DAS Apartment mit direktem Blick aufs Meer, OG). Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aber absolut OK. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und sich selbst verpflegt ist hier richtig. Nach Rethymno sind es 15min mit dem Auto, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in direkter Nähe. Small apartment complex with sea views. The hotel on the left belongs to the area (or rather the other way round), here is the reception. Direct access to the beach with beautiful surf. Each of the rooms has a small bathroom with toilet, one of the three balconies is always in the shade. Unfortunately you can hear the street behind the hotel quite well at night with open window (we had the apartment with a direct view of the sea, floor). The price / performance ratio is absolutely OK. If you are looking for cheap accommodation and self-catering is right here. Rethymno is 15 minutes by car, shops are also nearby.

Уборки за неделю прибывания не было ни разу, обращались, просили мусорный мешок - нас игнорировали. Гулять там негде, пляж плохой, только с машиной. Немного пожить для осмотра острова - нормально, а отдых именно в апартаментах- вряд ли. Apartments are large, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies for a reasonable price. But very noisy from the road.
