★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akti rooms and studios was the perfect choice for us.It is located at the center of livadi serifos and very close to the port.our studio was located on the groundfloor and has a veranda with a mangnificent view to their bautifull garden.Generally akti was a quiet,well located ,very clean place for us to live in serifos.I would say that it is the perfect choice to stay in serifos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akti was the perfect choice of accommodation for us. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. We had a private balcony with a lovely view to the port. Vagelis was a very kind as well as helpful host. It was located very close to the port ,at the downton of Livadi.Everything that we need was very close to akti by foot. If we return to Serifos we would certainly stay at akti again

Great value for money! The bus station and the supermarket is very close. We will come back for sure!.

The location is walking distance (2 minutes) from the bus stop and located right next to various wonderful cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. There are also nice beaches readily accessible and only 5 minutes walking. The hosts are a son and mother, Vaggelis and Margarita, both of whom make your stay feel very personal. I loved everything about this place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to stay since 2014..Lovely clean rooms, right in the very centre of the Port Life and yet very quiet, fantastic and super hospitality from Mrs Margarita and her son Vangelis....The place to be... Comfortable, friendly and so reasonably priced with a choice of different sized rooms to suit all tastes...I love it and will keep on coming to stay here.. Fabulous..
