I do not really know if it happened because of your site, but it is the first time it ever happened to me and it was the day I used it for your site. I am happy to see that you investigated it. The 3 stars are because when I called you, you cared more about the review than what happened to me or how much money I lost (you actually didn’t ask any details, you only cared about the review)
