C	C P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αλητεία. Μακριά.Με ανάγκασαν να πάρω πράγματα που δεν χρειαζομουν αντί να μου επιστρέψουν χρήματα από επιστροφή προϊόντων. Είναι και πιο ακριβοί από κάθε ανάλογο μαγαζί. Ντροπή. Μετά από την καθυστερημένη απάντηση σας για την κριτική μου σας γνωρίζω τα εξής: Δεν υπήρξε ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία. Πέρασα από το κατάστημα σας και αγόρασα κάποια προϊόντα. Μετά από μερικές μέρες ήθελα να επιστρέψω κάποια από αυτά επειδή δεν ήταν συμβατά με άλλα μηχανήματα μου. Αρνηθήκατε να μου επιτρέψετε χρήματα. Σας επέστρεψα τα προϊόντα και με αναγκασατε να πάρω άλλα ίδιας αξίας αντί αυτών που επέστρεψα και κρατήσατε και την αρχική απόδειξη για την αντικατάσταση. Αυτό προ διετίας περίπου. Ως αποτέλεσμα δεν έχω αποδεικτικό στα χέρια μου. Θα πρέπει να αρκεστείτε και εσείς και οι υπόλοιποι αναγνώστες στα λόγια μου. Δεν έχω λόγο να σας συκοφαντήσω ψεύτικα και άδικα. Αναφέρω πραγματικά περιστατικά. Τέλος συζήτησης. Vagrancy. Away. They forced me to take things I did not need instead of returning money from me for product returns. D	Dimitris Papadopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν στην περιοχή και ρώτησα για 2 πραγματάκια κοινά κοινότατα.... Κασέτα ήχου ο Σκλαβενίτης 90 λεπτά εδω 3 ευρώ και 20 λεπτά. Μικρός ιμάντας κίνησης ο Τριδίμας 80 λεπτά εδώ 3 ευρώ και 50 λεπτά. Το κατάστημα απευθύνεται είτε σε ΠΟΛΥ ΛΕΦΤΑΔΕΣ κάτοικους Ομονοίας... ή σε πολύ μαλάκες περαστικούς. Όμως ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε ήταν άψογος και σωστός ! I was in the area and asked for 2 things in common .... Sklavenitis audio cassette 90 minutes here 3 euros and 20 minutes. Μ	Μάκης Ελευθεριάδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πουλάνε προϊόντα χωρίς να έχουν την τεχνική υποστήριξη που αρμόζει.Για ποιο συγκεκριμένα έχουν ανεβάσει στην ιστοσελίδα τους έναν θερμοστάτη της εταιρείας mavil MTH-535 στον οποίο δεν υπάρχει τεχνικό σχέδιο συνδεσμολογίας & φυσικά ούτε το προϊόν δεν έχει σήμανση ή τυπωμένο σχέδιο στο καπάκι του θερμοστάτη ή σήμανση στην κλεμμοσειρα .Αυτα να τα βλέπουν όσοι ψωνίζουν προϊόντα μη επώνυμα.Δυστυχως τον συγκεκριμένο θερμοστάτη τον είχε αγοράσει ο ιδιοκτήτης που έκανε το λάθος να χάσει την συσκευασία του. Για να βάλουμε τα πράγματα στη θέση του. Το τηλέφωνο που μου δώσατε για να απευθυνθώ στην εταιρεία που έχει έδρα στην Θεσσαλονίκη είναι λάθος. Από την στιγμή που πουλάτε ηλεκτρολογικό εξοπλισμό θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζετε τι πουλάτε. Και φυσικά είστε υποχρεωμένοι να υπάρχει τεχνικό σχέδιο σε κάθε ηλεκτρολογικό υλικό. Αλίμονο αν χάσει κανείς το σχέδιο κάποιου ηλεκτρολογικού υλικού να μην μπορεί να βρει το σχέδιο του συγκεκριμένου υλικού. Την επόμενη φορά κύριοι θα ρίξουμε τα "χαρτιά" για να βρούμε το σχέδιο. Λίγη σοβαρότητα κύριοι. They sell products without the appropriate technical support. P	Panagiotis Gavrilis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντικατέστησα ένα τηλεκοντρόλ από παλαιό Home Cinema SONY. Ήταν το μόνο μαγαζί που με εξυπηρέτησε και μάλιστα εντός 5 λεπτών αναμονής μόνο. Μου προγραμμάτισαν άλλο τηλεκοντρόλ εμπορίου και έχει 100% συμβατότητα με το γνήσιο, το οποίο ήταν κατεστραμμένο. Μάλιστα το νέο τηλεκοντρόλ ΔΕΝ χάνει τις ρυθμίσεις ακόμα και χωρίς μπαταρίες! Έλαβα και email με πίνακα αντιστοιχιών των πλήκτρων. Άψογη και ευγενικότατη εξυπηρέτηση. I replaced a remote control from an old Home Cinema SONY. It was the only store that served me and in fact within 5 minutes of waiting only. They programmed another trade remote for me and it is 100% compatible with the original, which was damaged. In fact, the new remote control does NOT lose the settings even without batteries! I also received an email with a key matching table. Flawless and very kind service.
