★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς η χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση που έχω λάβει από μαγαζί. Ένα προϊόν το οποίο η ιστοσελίδα το έδειχνε διαθέσιμο από κοντα δεν υπήρχε σε απόθεμα (τζάμπα δρόμος για να πάω κεντρο) και το Παρήγγειλα ώστε όταν είναι ξανά διαθέσιμο να περάσω να το παραλάβω. Το προσωπικό με πληροφόρησε πως θα με πάρουν τηλέφωνο για να με ενημερώσουν. Όταν,ενώ είχα πληροφορηθεί πως η διαδικασία θα έπαιρνε το πολύ 4 εργάσιμες μερες, πήρα τηλέφωνο μετά από 3 ολόκληρες εβδομάδες, ο πωλητής ήταν απότομος και με πληροφόρησε πως εάν δεν με πάρουν τηλέφωνο δεν έχει έρθει. Χαρακτηριστικά μου είπε να το χονεψω...
Σήμερα μετά από 8 μήνες ακόμη περιμένω αυτό το τηλεφώνημα. Εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικο, είναι τυχεροί που αναγκάζομαι να βάλω 1 αστέρι διότι αυτή η εμπειρία αξίζει αρνητικο αριθμό. Μακριά!
 Unfortunately the worst service I have received from a store. A product that the website seemed to be available up close was not in stock (a great way to go downtown) and I ordered it so that when it is available again I can go and pick it up. The staff informed me that they would call me to inform me. When, while I was informed that the process would take a maximum of 4 working days, I called after 3 whole weeks, the seller was abrupt and informed me that if they do not call me he has not come. Typically he told me to digest it ...
Today, after 8 months, I am still waiting for this phone call. Completely unprofessional, they are lucky that I have to put 1 star because this experience is worth a negative number. Away!
