Best Self-catering accommodation in Greece

G	Georgia Hodgetts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend stayed here during the coronavirus pandemic, and it was absolutely amazing! The accommodation is BEAUTIFUL, the staff were so lovely and very helpful. They were very careful when it came to covid, wiping down all Sunloungers and wearing masks where necessary. Location wise, Sami is very sweet, I would deifntiely recommend hiring a car though, as the island is very easy to drive around, and the nearest (and possibly nicest) beach on the island, antisamos, is around a 12 min drive away. I would 100% stay again, worth every penny and had the best week there!
E	Ewelina Dworek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This accommodation is amazing. Super clean and spacious rooms with modern and stylish interior. The people are so friendly that we were really sad to leave. There is enough space for parking in front of the hotel and tasty restaurant nearby.

Every 2 days the room is cleaned and the towels are replaced. Very friendly and helpful personnel. The pool is available at any time of the day. I would say it is, if not the best, one of the best places to stay if you visit Kefalonia. Would visit again without a second thought. Prices are average for what is offered.

S	Steph Williams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved our stay here, wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect location, so close to the beach, harbour, ferry, restaurants and bars. Our apartment was gorgeous, its huge, the shower was incredible and the decor so luxurious. It has everything you need, a small kitchen area, coffee and tea provided. A complimentary bottle of wine to drink on the balcony watching the sunset was just perfect. The pool was lush. Would recommend and would love to come back!

The owners take pride in design, but the rooms are also very practically furnished and the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. There is a coffee machine and coffee, kettle and tea, ceramic hob and fridge. The sink is by the shower and the toilet. Everything is coordinated. We stayed on the ground floor with a terrace right by the pool. The owners take care of cleanliness and disinfect the used sunbeds constantly. They are very nice and friendly. We found a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival which made us happy. The wine was very good. The apartment building is located right on the sea in the center of town in close proximity to dozens of great restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this place.
C	Colin Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was amazing. If we could take this accommodation to all the places around the world we've stayed in I'd be very happy indeed. The apartment, grounds and pool are absolutely immaculate and that's coming from someone who is fussy. I couldn't find a thing wrong. Inside is so beautifully decorated and well thought out. Balcony is lovely to sit out on with breathtaking views over the port. Kitchen was well equipped and even had a toastie maker and complementary Nespresso capsules and ground coffee. Slippers and fluffy towels and toiletries. Also a lovely bottle of wine in the fridge. It's the little thinks that count I think. The owners are on hand in the attached office during the day if you need anything at all. The emails I had back and forth with Maria after cancellations due to covid were superb and so helpful. Shops, restaurants and boat hire were a stone through away and an excellent stay for exploring the area. If we went back to Sami I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Well done Alancia Suites absolutely spot on. Thank you for making our stay perfect!
