They came with things that we didnt orther and after wanted to charge on the bill, and if was not enought they charge a plus 20€ for a especial service that finally disnt payd. But the felling with place was very bad, we just arrived to chania and this was the welcome. Dont recomend the place to no one. The island is very nice but this place the worst!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would advise all non-greek tourists to stay away from this place - I feel like it is a tourist trap and I cannot explain why; as the tourists are bringing the money on this island. (Wouldn't you like them to have a great exprience? - it seems you want to scare them away)
They charged us extra for STALE bread which we didn't even touched (disguised as a starter) and water which everybody else was getting for free. They brought the receipt in greek so we wouldn't be able to understand what it says. I've tried getting some explanations from the so-called 'manager' and he dodged all answers.
The place was inviting because there were lots of locals and we thought it is going to be a great exprience. Every table which had locals was welcomed with complimentary water but we had to ask for some water and it was added to our bill.
The food was brought pretty quickly, there wasn't anything special about it.
It is a shame you call yourselves a 'familia' when you don't treat those who pay you as members of your family.
I will kindly ask any other tourists to rate their experience. Maybe it was an isolated case. But I'd rather try some other restaurant then risk getting robbed.
