Food was good but service wasn't great. We were also charged for a beer we didn't get but couldn't get anyone's attention to query the bill. Beautiful setting but to be honest we'd had great food elsewhere that was cheaper with better service and we'd had a shot and a small complimentary sweet too...so not thrilled.

Delicious Food with a gorgeous setting. Well worth a visit when in Crete! Excellent service and very fresh food.

Would love to give this one a glowing review ….lovely settling, nice vibe and imaginative and promising menu selection …but in common with feedback from others the service can be incredibly slow depending on the menu selection! Ordered 1 meze and a main ….with a 1 hour wait between each! That’s almost ok given we are in a chill holiday environment but when the main (chicken kebab) then arrives warm rather than hot it’s hard to excuse! Frustrating end to what should have been a highly memorable meal in beautiful surroundings! Starter was great and wait staff lovely … but overall frustrating evening!

We went here with a group of people. It was really nice experience. Great location. Food is delicious, service was good. We ordered some meals and we shared the bills.

As a big fan of Turkish food this was right up my street! We had the koftas and the Turkish pizza, both of which were excellent! Such a beautiful setting too. We sat in the garden which was beautiful (however worth noting that there is no breeze in the garden so it was hotter than eating on the street - not a problem for us but worth mentioning). You would definitely need to book peak of summer! A hidden gem.

I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that I was kept with the plates and unfinished food for one hour. I was waiting for someone to come, clear the table and ask if I wanted something else. Instead I was given the bill when the plates were still on the table. A part from that, the food was really good and the place is in a great location. The portions are huge and I ordered two starters thinking they would be small plates but they were main dish size. I liked everything I ordered, even the salad was not like the ordinary salad.

The food was lovely, the location and setting was really cute and the staff were very accommodating. It was nice to find this hidden gem just off the crazy busy port. Very chilled and relaxed here :-)

Excellent little restaurant with a romantic athmosphere in an old area of the town. Every dish I ordered was tasty, but the mushroom saganaki blew my mind, because it was super delicious! ? The Well of the Turk is definitely worth the visit ?
