Aldemar Olympian Village - Pyrgos

Aldemar Olympian Village was amazing! The hotel workers Were so polite.We stayed for one week. The hotel had big and clear rooms. The food was delicious with fresh ingredients. The people who work at the animation team were amazing. They had many activities for everyone. The mini club had amazing program with many activities for kids.

So overpriced for the service, cleanliness of rooms, breakfast and facilities. It’s an AVERAGE hotel with average rooms, dirty carpets, poor service and food and definitely NOT a 5 star hotel that appears on sites. Just waste of money... total disappointment... We have been to Grecotel in Kyllini a week ago and we enjoyed it so much!!!!! Nothing to compare with this hotel...

Been there several times during the last +10 years. Overall a pleasant experience, most of the times. Starts showing its age nowadays and looks run down in various places despite the efforts of the hotel's staff. The resort is located right next to a sandy beach with the sea breeze every day cooling things down during hot summer days. Water sports / jet skis are available for hire but prices are pretty steep. The buildings are scattered all over a vast area with elaborate gardens and various pools, between them. There is a bike rental on site in case you want to exercise while moving around through the facilities. Most of the staff is alright but some are indifferent and rude with very poor knowledge of foreign languages. The food is ok but quality is nowhere near 5* hotels. The rooms are rather small and shabby, depending on the section of the hotel you stay in. Many of them are being refurbished and large sections of the resort were closed during our last stay, for this reason. The animation team is totally average and dont even speak Greek even though the vast majority of the guests were Greeks! Room cleaning was satisfactory and room service was fast and efficient. Gym, tennis and basketball courts are available in the premises.They are well maintained too. There is also an in house spa unit and a small shopping pavillion located near the main building. Covid sanitary measures are implemented by the majority of the crew and the guests. All residents were on mandatory full board. The hotel is charging for an average sea view 3 beds room, north of 250 euros / night...

Fantastic location but once you are there ,you are there ...Food .. more than adequate but wouldn't say 5 stars but still very good with very flexible serving times . Drinks where good with lots of variety..The rooms where huge and very clean as was the whole complex . The staff always helpful and very friendly .. Be very wary of the on-sight car hire . We where upgraded at no charge to a bigger car and some may say a result however its condition was very poor and would get better results with an oily rag .. filthy inside and out .. the vehicle had no sat nav and the seats had bare metal sharp wires exposed .. the brakes where down to the disks and wheel balancing out . The real cruncher was the rep .. possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered .

Amazing. The hotel room that we had was clean, with AC, and had everything that you would want from a nice hotel room to have. But the biggest benefit of our stay was the beach, oh my god! The beach is dreamy, the water is clean and warm. We visited the swimming pool area only twice in our stay - not because it was bad, but because we were really amazed by the beach, the sea, and the location. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully, one day I will come back.

We were in Aldemar in June 2021. It was a great holiday! My family want to go there also this year. The hotel complex is beautiful, clean and the beach is amazing. The staff does their job well. Maybe only gluten free and mainly dairy free menu could be more varied. For example dairy free yogurt, cookies, dessert, gluten free pancakes, pizza. When this improves, it will be the perfect holiday :) Thank you for all ;)
