L	Lena Trt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από πού να ξεκινήσω...είναι τόσα πολλά .. Εν έτει 2021 δεν περίμενα να υπάρχουν τέτοια, ο θεός να τα κάνει, resort. Μακράν το χειρότερο δωμάτιο που έχω μείνει ποτέ. Μου θύμησε ξενοδοχεία παλιών ελληνικών ταινιών. Η μυρωδιά της μούχλας, της κλεισούρας και του χλωρίου, αναδύεται από παντού. Ακόμα και το νερό στο μπάνιο μυρίζει έντονο χλώριο. Τα στικς καφέ κ γαλατάκια που υπάρχουν στο δωμάτιο...ληγμένα μήνες Φανταστείτε πόσα χρόνια είναι, για να έχουν λήξει εβαπορε κ καφές. Δεν υπήρχε απλώστρα να στεγνώσουν οι πετσέτες κ τα μαγιό μας. Τα πάντα σκουριασμένα, χαλασμένα κ βρώμικα. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι πλήρως απεριποίητοι και βρώμικοι. Σα να μην ασχολείται κανείς χροοοονια τώρα. Το φαγητό υπό του μηδενός, δεν τρώγεται τίποτα και ποιότητα που σε κάνει να αναρωτιέσαι πόσα χαρτιά υγείας έχεις στο δωμάτιο, με μόνη εξαίρεση την πίτσα. Τα ωράρια γευμάτων απαράδεκτα. Αν κάποιος πεινάσει μετά τις 21:30, μένει απλά νηστικός Τα cocktails αστεία ..γέλασα πολύ. Καφές κι αναψυκτικό μέτρια, ωραίο παγωτό σε κλασικές γεύσεις Οι πισίνες απαράδεκτες κ βρώμικες. Εγκαταστάσεις σκουριασμένες, σκάλες αλουμινίου κομμένες κ σπασμένες, ταμπέλες διαλυμενες που μπορούσες να χτύπησες εύκολα. Παιδάκι που χτύπησε κ χρειάστηκε ιατρική περίθαλψη, δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε κάνεις, δεν υπήρχε γιατρός για πρώτες βοήθειες, κι όταν οι γονείς του ρώτησαν που υπάρχει γιατρός...τους είπαν... Googleάρετε. Επίσης δεν είδα ράμπες για προσβαση στις πισίνες. Κανένας έλεγχος covid. Ούτε τέστ, ούτε πιστοποιητικό, ούτε θερμόμέτρηση. Πραγματικά έζησα μια εμπειρία άλλης εποχής, άλλου αιώνα.. Δεν θα έδινα ούτε 1€ για αυτό το 5αστερων? ξενοδοχείο. Το μόνο θετικό, πως η διαμονή μου ήταν δώρο, αν είχα πληρώσει έστω κι ένα καφέ, ακόμα θα έκλαιγα τα λεφτά μου. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Δεν θα ξαναπήγαινα ούτε δωρεάν. Λυπάμαι πολύ. Where to start ... there are so many .. In the year 2021 I did not expect such to exist, God forbid, resort. By far the worst room I have ever stayed in. It reminded me of hotels of old Greek movies. The smell of mold, mildew and chlorine emanates from everywhere. Even the water in the bathroom smells of strong chlorine. The coffee sticks and milks that are in the room ... expired months Imagine how old they are, to have evaporated and coffee. There was no rack to dry our towels and swimsuits. Everything is rusty, damaged and dirty. The outdoor areas are completely untidy and dirty. As if no one cares now. Food below zero, nothing is eaten and quality that makes you wonder how many toilet paper you have in the room, with the sole exception of pizza. Meal times are unacceptable. If someone is hungry after 21:30, he just stays fasting The cocktails are funny ..I laughed a lot. Coffee and soft drink moderate, nice ice cream in classic flavors The pools are unacceptable and dirty. Rusty installations, cut and broken aluminum stairs, dismantled signs that you could easily hit. A child who hit and needed medical care, he was not interested, there was no doctor for first aid, and when his parents asked if there was a doctor ... they told them ... Google it. I also did not see ramps for access to the pools. No covid checks. No test, no certificate, no thermometer. I really lived an experience of another era, another century .. I would not give even 1 € for this 5 star hotel. The only positive thing is that my stay was a gift, if I had paid for even a coffee, I would still be crying for my money. The staff was polite. I would not go again for free either. I'm so sorry.
G	George Lavdas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ίσως είναι δεύερη φορά που γράφω γαι το συγκεκριμένο all inclusive hotel αλλά πραγματικά πρέπι να αναφέρω την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, τις πολύ καλές υποδομές, τις προσεγμένες υπηρεσίες και το φιλικότατο προσωπικό που αντιμετώπισα για δευετρη φορά. Πέρασαμε υπέροχα για δευτερο καλοκαίρι με οικογενειακή παρέα και ειδικά μέσα σε δυσκολες συνθήκες με τον τον corovirus. Αξίζουν και τα πέντε αστέρια και σίγουρα θα το επισκευθούμε πάλι στο μέλλον μιας και όλοι μας περάσαμε αξέχαστα δύο καλοκαίρια. It may be the second time I am writing about this all inclusive hotel but I really have to mention the impeccable service, the very good infrastructure, the attentive services and the very friendly staff that I met for the second time. We had a wonderful time for a second summer with family and especially in difficult conditions with the corovirus. They are worth all five stars and we will definitely visit it again in the future since we all had an unforgettable two summers.
