★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice old fashioned hotel with a red carpet to welcome you. Kind stuff and comfortable rooms. Near everything in Kifisia. Good breakfast. Parking is a problem though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities didn't reflect the price, which was 110€ for one night. The breakfast had a variety of choices but most of the food was not good or fresh. The stuff was really kind and helpful. We wouldn't choose the hotel again.

What I liked: location and friendly and helpful staff
What I didn't like: the room and utilities. It was obvious that repairs were scaled down over the last year. Though understandable, during the lockdowns, but at the essential ones should be done (broken shower head, curtains...). My review would have been better if the hotel was a three star, instead of a four star.
