Best Villa in Greece

M	M. Hoffmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu zweit Anfang Oktober 2021 für 1 Woche Gäste der Villa Phedra. Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Villa ist traumhaft und wir konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Maria hat uns beim Empfang einen großen Korb mit Wein, Honig, Brot, Keksen, Obst und Marmelade geschenkt. Auch Mineralwasser war ausreichend vorhanden und eines Morgens wurden wir sogar mit 6 Hühner Eier überrascht. Sehr nett! Die Villa und das ganze Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, sogar ein Sonnenschirm, den man mit zum Strand nehmen kann. Wir haben die Außenküche geliebt, waren aber natürlich abends auch in tollen Tavernen lecker essen. In Ligia (ca. 7 Autominuten) sind div. schöne Tavernen (Ta Kanioria, Seven Island, Xouras…) direkt am Wasser und auch in Nikiana (ca. 15 Autominuten) haben wir sehr schön in the White Crown am Meer gesessen und gespeist. Wir können Alea Resort Villas nur empfehlen und werden garantiert wiederkommen. The two of us stayed at Villa Phedra for 1 week at the beginning of October 2021. The vacation was very nice. The villa is fantastic and we were able to relax really well. At the reception, Maria gave us a large basket with wine, honey, bread, biscuits, fruit and jam. There was also enough mineral water and one morning we were even surprised with 6 chicken eggs. Very nice! The villa and the whole property are very well maintained and very clean. Everything is there, even a parasol that you can take to the beach. We loved the outdoor kitchen, but of course we also dined in great taverns in the evenings. In Ligia (approx. 7 minutes by car) there are various beautiful taverns (Ta Kanioria, Seven Island, Xouras ...) right on the water and also in Nikiana (approx. 15 minutes by car) we sat and dined very nicely in the White Crown by the sea. We can only recommend Alea Resort Villas and will definitely be back.

M	Mia K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Dioni: Nice house with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets/2 bathrooms. Beds for 6 adults. Small kitchen but all equipments. Nice views to Lefkas city. House where really clean and cleaning is 2 times per week. Our host Maria is so warm and helpful. We get nice welcoming package: White wine, bread, juice, water, olive oil and homemade honey and orange marmelade. Later her own crown vegetables and fruits. If we ever come back to Lefkada we defenetely come back here. We recommed Alea Resort Villas and Villa Dioni.

It has everything that a group may need - starting from a toaster, pancake top, various grills, etc. and ending with a powerful hair dryer and even a hair straightener. The pool is great just like the garden and the view is magnific. I took my showers in the fresh air under the sky all the time, at this amazing view. Maria was the perfect host, in the end she even gave us souvenirs :) The place is clean and beautiful just like the pictures! I recommend it and hope to visit it again! :)
L	Lisa Holmes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Villa Dioni, which exceeded all our expectations. The gardens were beautiful with olive and palm trees and 3 separate seating areas. From the pool and garden we had stunning views over the town and the sea beyond. The air con and WiFi worked really well and the Villa was extremely well equipped. We were so comfortable there that for 2 days of our holiday we didn't go anywhere! It was easy to get taxis into town in the evening. Recommendations: Visit Desimi beach and the waterfalls near Nydri; hire a motorboat from Nydri and visit Meganissi and all the little coves; get a boat from Lefkada to either Porto Katsiki or Ekgremni beach (don't drive unless you have strong legs to get you up and down the cliff!); if you like waves the west coast beaches are good; best restaurant- 'Memories' in Lefkada Town Square.
